  • In the new year, people often fixate on this idea of reset and resolutions. Dr. Spirit, licensed therapist and host of "Love Goals" on Oprah, tells us don't reset but reprioritize in the new year. Feeling stuck is not unique but the experience can vary greatly.     After the 2nd year of the pandemic, many of us are still having difficulty in just managing our lives so, remember to not be so critical of yourself and understand that everything is a process. In addition to that, be mindful of the many things that are not in your control. Just like Dr. Spirit shares, living in a pandemic is not only out of our control but something that’s going to have psychological effects we may not be fully aware of.
