well, i got mine last week and put 60 armscor 40 grain (nickle case ) fully loaded mags rapid fire with no problems ! new and straight out the box..awesome!
Wow yours works! Mine, the first round would jam. I would start sweating, hold the top back while pushing the eject magazine button, pry the round out with my keys, throw the round away, try again, repeat until the round doesn't jam and then I can fire more than one at a time.
By far the best 22 mag semi auto and ive owned them all including the amt and grendel ...mp had the pmr30 and wmp beat in spades ..hornady 30 and 45 gr , federal 40 and 50, rem33 , winchester 30s ...i avoid cci in pistols as i had far too many case ruptures during the pmr and wmp days ...
I just had the WMP out at the range this weekend, and I've owned the PMR30 as well. I agree, the M&P .22 Mag is by far the better firearm. My WMP video will post in February, I plan to do a comparison video on all three. We already know which will win out, but for those yet to purchase one hopefully it will help them. Thanks for the comment!!
I have one also. Only problem I had was a failure to eject. with the first magazine. My wife was shooting it could have been her or a weak round. Put 110 rnds through it and it shot great. When my wife got tired after 2 magazines I got my turn. It's a blast to shoot. Also S&W has a recommended Ammo list for the pistol.👍👍👍👍🍷😎
I wonder if it's the tempo system that is causing the issue when racking the first bullet ? I noticed that the barrel slides back and when the gun is pointed up the bullet catches the barrel. Maybe point the barrel downward alittle then racking the first bullet. I haven't shot mine yet but watching several videos with this issue of not racking the first bullet the barrel is mostly seems to be with the barrel pointed up and the tempo/barrel slides backwards and interrupts the feed. Can't wait to go to the range ! It's a beauty of a firearm for sure. Thanks man !
Mine had issues like stove pipe and ejection problems but after a couple hundred rounds those disappeared. 30 rounds takes a while to load and fire. It also gets very hot after each magazine.
No, which was really nice. I did a video a few months back comparing .22 Mag pistols, I'm pretty sure I mentioned that as a perk over the PMR-30. I did like my PMR-30 though, but the M&P is far superior.
NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. NOPE. DON'T BUY ANY 22 MAG PISTOL. REVOLVER YES. I HAVE OWNED THEM ALL. THEY ARE ALL UNRELIABLE. IF YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A 22 MAG, BUY A REVOLVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU.......THANK YOU, VERY MUUUUCH!

It's a great pistol IMO, I've had it to the range a couple times now and it's solid, and blast like you said!!
Thanks for the comment!
Thanks for the review, helped me decide !!
My recent acquisition. I am going to try the Winchester Dynapoint hollow point copper plated for starters. Will let you know.
Definitely, I haven't had the opportunity to try those out yet! Thanks for watching!!

That's an interesting theory, I'm going to test that out at the range next weekend, you may just be on to something. Thanks for the comment!!
most s&w don’t like hollows i learned that while ago

It does get hot! Sucks you had such a long break in period.
Great video
Thanks!!
Awesome Video...
Thanks for the view!!
Have you used the Federal punch ammo in 40 gr.
Not their .22 WMR yet, I've been on the look out for it, may have to order some. I like their .22lr ammo, have plenty of that.
There is only 250 round break-in. On that gun and it works great after that.
awesome
Do you have to knock the magazine every 5 rounds while loading like the PMR-30 to properly seat the rounds?

Wow easy now cowboy, partner here is a lil soft with that gun…If you don’t kick the round all the way back in mag, round won’t miss getting jammed.
Didn’t see anybody note it, but wondering if lube would help the first round issue…
Try the 30 grain Hornady V-Max they shoot great
I actually picked some of them up the other day, plan on trying them out this weekend!
Had a PMR-30 blow up in my face when it let the hammer go down out of battery. Needless to say it went back to Kel-tec. They gave me a full refund.
My PMR 30 was riddled with issues, the S&W .22 mag quality is night and day compared to KelTecs.
Called a gun store and was told you can't get one in California.....cali sucks as well as newsome..
That sucks.
Invest in a loader
I wouldnt own a gun you have to cater to the company .
I bought one for 500.00 and like gun hate s&w love hate they super passed me off on my gen1 tho.pson contender. Alot on net about it all true.
