Every character besides Naruto and sasuke or an Uchiha is the rival of Kishimotos pen lol sakura ain’t any different from everyone else tho atleast she has some of the best character development and is really relatable
@@AjsobrainsalotDisagree. The other characters are more minor roles who usually get about as much focus as they really should(with exceptions like Shikamaru). Sakura is presented alongside Kakashi, Naruto, and Sasuke as one of the main group, the ones who should receive the most focus and development in the series, yet it feels like most of her development happens off screen during the time skip. Then she regresses as a character whenever Sasuke is around and suddenly jumps in power to be a part of the final battle with no real explanation at all. In the end her getting with Sasuke feels like a confirmation that she really didn't grow much as a character than anything else.

The answer is very blatantly Sakura 100% of the time at any point in the series except part 1. But it’s a fun battle idea.
Sakura either outright blitzes Hinata and turns her into mush. Or destroys the immediate terrain to stagger Hinata and then proceeds to blitz her and turn her to mush. And this happens 100% of the time with no outliers, Hinata is not a threat whatsoever.
Also while fighting hinata she could summon lady katsuyu and she has acid powers and healing, like sakura does not even need to heal herself she could just make a healing pool (like her and tsunade did to heal everybody just by standing in that pool) and make the other bodies of katsuyu use acid attack while she just tries to punch hinata once.
Katsuyu is waaaaay too draining on chakra to summon. Tsunade and Sakura combining their Byakugo seals manage to summon 10% of her and relegated her to healing over assaulting the 10 tails like aoba and gamakichi

This is true. There's also the fact that the puppet strings don't take full control but rather offer an assist. A lot of people ignore that. Sakura was still able to fully move whilst they were attached and even moved and reacted before Chiyo did at some points.

Honestly Hinata has true potential, if she can divert Sakura's attacks, she should win outside a battle of endurance, which given she can shut down chakra and steal it, she might be able to stop Sakura's strongest strengths and keep the fight from becoming a battle of endurance, unless she cannot kill her at which point this truly is a fight of endurance and Hinata loses.

How is there even a doubt? not only Sakura would defeat Hinata but she would destroy and overkill her with 5% of her power, Hinata barely has any feat, has never win a single fight in the show, Tsunade is more powerfull than every Hyuga who trained Hinata and She trained Sakura, anyone who thinks Hinata can give any fight to Sakura is delusional.
That's not even a factor. Hinata's heart condition is something Sakura can instantly irritate with medical palm even if she sacrifices being struck once by Hinata.
In short or long term battles Sakura wins just from Hinata's heart issue... she'd never have to even try. The only girl giving Sakura any run for her money is literally Ino, and they're straight up each other's counters.

Sakura is slow and has never shown any speed feats. She has been kicked in the face when trying to punch someone. All Hinata needs is to get somewhat close to seal Sakuras chakra. Sakura needs her chakra fornher strength and regeneration.

Why do so many people think Sakura would’ve lost to Shin if Sasuke hadn’t stepped in? Sakura wasn’t even using her full power. She wasn’t using her hundred healing seal or lady Katsuya. Yeah Shin threw a shuriken at her and Sasuke saved her from it, but there’s really no indication she would’ve been killed by that.

Consider this - them truth seeking rods/black receiving rods that six paths madara stabbed Sakura with didn't stop Sakura's Byakugou Seal from pouring into her body. And those things absolutely disrupt chakra. On top of that she was able to break through an ototsuki genjustu (which also disrupts chakra) which a perfect Jinchuriki naruto couldn't break. Hell even Hinata couldn't break through it and she should have been able to see the disruption with her byakugon. So I doubt gentle fist is going to that much. Meaning, I'm not even sure if Hinata could even beat Sakura 1/10 times. She's more so a "hype" type of character who has amazing abilities but rarely shows practical use. While Sakura shows practical use of almost all of her abilities.
Also, I doubt sakura wouldn't get past the Byakugon blind spot, considering she basically does with Kaguya. On top of that, Shin's Uchiha MS eye balls that literally were on the back of his head. Meaning he has a 360 Mangekou Sharingan, and STILL got Blitz. Which means, her speed would be fast enough that 360 MS user would be unable to react to. and that's not mentioning she was sick at the time.
So basically there's no way Sakura would lose. I mean, I'm not sure we can even entertain Hinata wining at all lol

Now yes toneri in tenseigan form is stated stronger in a few scans and in others he's stated on her lvl bit even in tenseigan form he got one shotted by base naruto, plus the genjutsu that was put by toneri was only base toneri.

1. Realizing something is a genjustu does not mean someone can break out of it.
For example, when itachi cast Tsukiyomi on Kakashi. He knew he was under one but could not break out of it. It's why Sakura breaking out of it is a big deal.
2. Kurama should have been able to break naruto out of the genjustu on his own. Similar to when the Eight tails broke Bee out of Itachi's genjustu (Bee didn't even realize he was under one).
3. In the english ver of the Last, Shikamaru literally states Sakura is resistant to genjustu.
4. I get that Genjustu disruption isn't exactly the same as Gentle Fist chakra disruption but it can still be used as a way to understand how someone would "reopen" their chakra points when they have Sakura level chakra control.
5. I was talking about the last Hinara but I could see how you would think I was talking about shippuden. But Hinata simply does not have much feats. Even after she receives Hamuras chakra she does like two things with it. Even with all the statements there's no actual feats (in battle) to compate the statements to. Even in the novels when she fights adult Hanabi, it's not that impressive when you compare the enemies Sakura has fought and killed.
6. I mentioned Jubiara chakra rods because it's the closest to Gentle first. It is literally plunged into the victim and continuously disrupts their chakra. Sakura's byakugou was not effected.
7. I mentioned Kaguya because has Ten tail chakra + byakugon + rinnesharigan. Even though it's not confirmed that Sakura utilized the byakugon blind spot. Kaguya could have literally moved "back" instead of upwards. People forget we are not stuck on a X Y axis.

@Maevees I agree with you on that, Sakura's writing made sense from OG to EARLY Shippuden. She was an underdog. The whole Blossom sthcik with her came to be. She was an excellent shinobi at the time.
I was never a hater of og Sakura, her problems from that time came from Kishimoto deciding to write Kakashi not training her. Putting that specific problem aside, it all made sense til after the Kazekage retrieval arc, he managed to make a fool of her at every chance. Plus just wasting her, he didn't write for her to learn new jutsu's or get stronger. She only got better with medical ninjutsu. But still lacked the offensive versatility that Kabuto had.

I know this isn't the first time this is ever brought up, but I wish Rock Lee ended up with Sakura instead so that their child would have the 100 heals and the 8 gates. That child would sweep most characters in Naruto.

This is undebatable. Sakura needed one clear punch to end her opponent while on the other hand Hinata needs multiple strikes. Sakura is also fast, and she doesnt even need her healing ability against Hinata. It's simple, if Hinata can get close enough to land a hit, it is also close enough for Sakura to one punch her to death. If Hinata can stop Chakra flow, Sakura can literally blow all your chakra out of you with one punch. The only people who can stop Sakura are those long ranged attack users but never a fighter.
There's some problems with what you say here. Why do we assume that Hinata needs more than one hit? It's already been stated that Hinata can knock people unconscious by hitting a single tenketsu. That aside, Sakura only hits so hard because of a technique that requires fine chakra control. If Hinata lands a blow, Sakura becomes much weaker so even if Hinata needed to land multiple blows... Sakura would end up needing to as well in all likelihood.
There's also the fact that the increase of Hinata's strength and speed post "The Last" are completely unquantifiable. However, if we compare Hinata in The Last to Sakura's relative strength to the peak of what we see before the Boruto era and those LNs and Shin, etc I would say Hinata wins at that point and no I'm not even counting any potential amp from Hamura chakra because we don't even know what it may have given her.
I'm not really certain of this because too much about Hinata is just not quantifiable but I think that at least around The Last, Hinata would win. Boruto era? Complete unknown. I wish we had more details about Hinata's fight with Momoshiki. That would give us something to go on.

20:28 I have a question about this. In Neji and Naruto’s fight, Naruto got chakra pumped into him by Kurama and was able to get past his chakra points being sealed. Since activating the Strength of 100 seal pumps chakra into the system as well wouldn’t that allow Sakura to mitigate Hinata sealing her chakra points?

This is always my favorite thing yo! Two canon scenes that really put Sakura's chakra control on a new level. #1 she has way more proficiency with her byakugou seal than even Tsunade, who despite being a genius and god at CC herself still needed to use hand signs to utilize the seal during the Madara fight. When Sakura charged against Juubi Madara, she activated the seal just with her mind. #2 She has the singular feat of surviving a truth seeking orb stab, staying alive, molding chakra and attacking against Madara wheres no edo could and against Naruto and Sasuke vs Juubito it would have been a game ender
IDK as far as the Naruto vs Neji override I think it's safe to say the byakugou chakra functionally is separate chakra sealed away. It's healing properties should keep up with the byakugan imo

Sakura would have killed Shin very easily if she was full power in or used the Byakugou seal. I'm surprised that Nick didn't mention Katsuyu as well. Since Katsuyu has chakra separate from the summoner, technically, if Hinata did close Sakura's chakra points, Katsuyu could probably help force them back open due to being an external force.

By the end of Naruto's war arc she was able to break Kaguya's horn and it has been established in the novels that she has grown massively in power and ability since then, so she could keep up with Otosuki level threats and her reliance on Taijutsu is actually perfect for fighting them.

She’s using street fighting punches and kicks, in terms of hand to hand, hinata is definitely better, however since Sakura is so much faster plus her punches do way more damage, she wins in taijutsu

i mean we've seen that when chakra points are disturbed that things like limbs would go limp and that there are chakra points in the arms, so if Hinata was to just continuously disturb Sakura's chakra points in her arms she would be able to close the gap, and since as stated Hinata would have more skills in close range combat seeing as she is more technical to Sakura's raw strength it should be relatively easy for her to close slowly close the gap and not let Sakura escape since they are estimated to be near each other's speed. so even if Sakura can heal the chakra network, Hinata (who can see the flow of chakra mind you), would just have to disrupt the flow of chakra again, which should be easy if Sakura doesn't have as much control of her limbs. i feel Hinata was getting severely underestimated here

It feels weird to me we never got a Sakura vs Karin fight. Karin was essentially was a replacement for and flanderization of Sakura. She is an Uzumaki with Adamite chains and crazy levels of Chakra so she would actually be strong and force Sakura to push herself. Maybe we could have even had some character development for Karin with her being inspired by thier rivalry to pursue greater power and echoing Sakura's haircutting scene.
Sakura couldn't even beat a heavily weakend and near blind Sasuke. Kirin is mopping the flow with the her(until the last obvs) war arc Sakura doesn't have any frats that put her above Kirin.

She literally stated in both manga and anime that she is merely a second pair of eyes to pull her out of the way should she get in trouble. This happens once. Otherwise, Sakura basically completely solos Sasori of the Red Sand and cements herself in Naruto as a kage level Shinobi. (Sasori having killed the strongest kazekage single handedly, this makes Sakura stronger than more than half of the kage throughout history, as a teenager)

Nick, I want to correct u Shin controlled a sword to hurt Naruto which we know any sharp object can kill anyone that doesn't make them stronger or the victim (Naruto) less durable. Also Neji in the Chunin Exams says a serious hit to the chest/head with gentle fist can make the heart/brain to explode so all Hinata needs is to hit Sakura in the head/chest & she's dead. Mitonic regeneration has its limits if the person is too injured i.e. Tsunade in the war arc had to be healed or she would have died. Hinata can just blow all of Sakura's organs up many times at the same time steal her chakra until she dies, remember Hinata vs Guren(crystal release lady) when she blitzed her with attacks till she won imagine Sakura replacing Guren but with Hinata using twin lion and constantly hitting and destroying Sakura's internal organs. Well, don’t you think in the evenly matched battle, one would have to pull out their unexpected moves? For Sakura that’s the fire style she learned and for Hinata, that’s her water style or air palm
1.Speed - Hinata is faster in the war arc which is the latest comparison we have of the 2 where she air palmed the wooden springs that killed Neji while Sakura had to be saved TWICE by Kakashi at once instance and by Kitsuchi
2.Attack Potential - Hinata was able to repel a tail of the ten tails with a single air palm although she was Kyubi chakra enhanced and Hiashi single handedly did it with the Wall palm. Considering Hinata is stronger than Hiashi given the display of their puppet fighting poweress in the LAST movie. Hinata's Wall palm is likely stronger. Sakura doesn't have enough defense to withstand an attack that pushed the Jyuubi away.
3.Defense - Rotation is self explanatory, it can withstand a tail wag by the Ten Tails and repel it, nothing that Sakura has can oppose it.
4.Hacks - Hinata's Byakugan grants 360 degreee vision over 20km precise enough to find a red ribbon tied to a kunai so surprise attacks are off the table and Hinata can tell any hand sign jutsu that Sakura is about to cast and can predict the attacks by her chakra flow. Byakugan can slow down time as it was demonstrated in Neji vs Kidomaru and when Hinata saw the extremely fast Jyuubito transformation panel by panel in the manga, allowing them to execute incredibly fast jutsu liekt eh 64 palms.
Also Hinata in the LAST have chakra equal to Naruto, after Toneri sucked ALL of his chakra, Hinata gave him enough chakra from zero to enough to be able to go to his Cloak state, depending on what you call that cloak, Hinata's chakra level can be KCM to near SO6P.
5.Taijutsu - Hinata was said to be on Neji's level in teh data books by the war arc and since surpasses Hanabi who was the heirto the clan by one shotting her.

Tsunade only barely cracked Madara's Susano. In fact Madara stood still and didn't even slightly budge when she landed the attack. The pic used was her having help from the Raikage and Tsuchikage when they already heavily cracked it with combination jutsu making what Tsunade did very much so less impressive by a large margin. Not to mention Mitotic Regen doesn't give an amp in power of any kind.
14:36 - 14:44 Sakura did not land that punch on Kaguya bcus of "how strong and fast she actually is". She just like Tsunade had help and LOTS of it. Kaguya was already in confrontation with Naruto and Sasuke for 90% of that fight. Sakura was never with them in that fight from the beginning or even the middle throwing hands with Kaguya showing she genuinely is comparable to them. Kaguya was being heavily pressed by Naruto and Sasuke keeping her in place while already weakened dramatically at this point, then Sakura just jumped in randomly. She also wasn't dodging Kaguya's attacks when we see one of the arms was going to fall on her and she couldn't out run it. That's not "Sakura showing how strong she is and keeping up with Kaguya going through portals" and definitely can't be counted as a solid feat for her. Especially when the same exact thing was going on with Shin Uchiha who's fodder Akatsuki level that she was struggling with on her own. LITERALLY anyone can jump into a fight when the opposition is being heavily pressed by fellow party doing the overwhelming majority of the work. You don't get credit for that.
Granted Hinata did get help from Naruto giving her a small portion of Kurama Chakra to deal with the 10 Tails Clone but Hinata still handled it on her genuine own with that minuscule chakra amp. She didn't get Chakra from Naruto AND still had Naruto there helping her fight that specific one. Meanwhile again Sakura had BOTH Naruto in Six Paths Sage Kurama Mode (SPSKM) and Sasuke with Six Paths Rinne-Sharingan doing the undeniable majority of the work. Clealry these are 2 different levels of feats.
The extra glazing for Sakura and her feats needs to stop. She didn't blitz Kaguya under any circumstances, she sure as Hell wasn't on Naruto's and Sasuke's level as seen by her needing to be saved from Madara stabbing her bcus she *thought* she was on their level and could do something but it ended up making herself look stupid becoming a liability. After being saved she was demoralized bcus Sasuke didn't even look at her when saving her...but you're saying this is supposed to be someone comparable to Naruto and Sasuke? She definitely wasn't side by side with Naruto and Sasuke fighting Kaguya from the beginning or at least half way let alone a fourth of the fight and her AP doesn't jump to City level just bcus she destroyed Sasori's Puppets. Those puppets don't have City Level defense and Tsunade herself would've been able to destroy those same puppets if she was there and even she can't come close to destroying a City in a single punch let alone the Leaf Village.

Hinata's ''superior taijutsu'' isn't really relevant when facing kage level combat, like we saw when Pain was easily evading her Twin Lion Fists with just one body. By the war arc, Sakura is strongly hinted at having surpassed Tsunade and was even able to react and run from Kaguya's multi hand blitz while Hinata really seems to just catch up to part I Neji when she manages to land 64 Palms for the first time - being high chunin at best. No one thinks part I Neji is taking down Tsunade because gentle fist being better than strong fist. On top of physical, Sakura shows to be a pretty deceptive fighter and is just outright smarter than Hinata, can summon an army of acid spitting slugs, can boost herself and her chakra pool further with the Byakugou seal - which probably can flood chakra points open anyway, was trained by two hokage, and has way more combat experience. It's a pretty obvious low diff.
Nagato was in full control against Hinata.:
1. During his fight with Naruto , he said " my powers regain back"
2. Pain is near where nagato is- stronger control, explained by shikakus team.
3. Nagato focuses on 1 body,.- stronger control explained by shikakus team.

This fight isn't even remotely fair for the simple fact that Hinata's capabilities post The Last are pretty much completely unknown. Just check the VS Battle wiki page for her and you'll literally see that all of her New Era entries are just listed as "Unknown (should be much greater than before)." As such, the last place where you can fairly pit these two against each other is in The Last. If we're doing that, the VS Battle Wiki doesn't place her at being FTL until the New Era which does actually make sense. After all, someone moving so fast that the other parties can't see them is *almost* not a thing in Naruto so claiming that Sakura is FTL simply because she could follow the Kaguya battle doesn't work. If you want to highball Sakura's speed by that point then, sure, but I'm trying my best to not highball anyone here (or lowball them, for that matter).
When comparing AP to Durability at that point, yeah, Sakura's definitely a lot stronger and should be able to end the fight in a single punch but Sakura just straight up isn't hitting her. The speed gap is just too intense. Of course, even when regarding Sakura's AP, a *lot* of it comes from a technique called Cherry Blossom Impact which relies on extremely fine chakra control. If Hinata is capable of disrupting the chakra in Sakura's hands or wrists (something she should *easily* be able to do) then there's a solid chance that Sakura's AP drops drastically (keep in mind that I'm specifically talking about just disrupting the chakra here, not stopping it). If Hinata can disrupt Cherry Blossom Impact that, in theory, she should actually be able to take some hits from Sakura and be relatively fine.
Comparing Sakura's Durability to Hinata's AP, Sakura should be somewhere above Island Level with the Strength of a Hundred Seal while Hinata is somewhere above City Level+ but probably not Island Level. That being said, Jyuuken *does* have limited durability bypass so one could reasonably argue that it'd make up the difference. Like you said, it's impossible to say either way if Creation Rebirth can outright heal a damaged chakra network so we're going to look at both cases. If it can't, Sakura's just stomped into oblivion. There is no fight here. If it can, things become infinitely more difficult to determine as the fight suddenly turns into a battle of attrition. Hinata should have no problems tagging Sakura with Twin Lion Fists repeatedly so her chakra reserves are practically infinite while Sakura's, while insanely high thanks to the Strength of a Hundred Seal, aren't. If it comes down solely to that then Hinata wins because Saruka would never be able to tag her but then physical stamina comes into play. The VS Battle Wiki simply puts both of them at "Superhuman" for that which is singularly unhelpful and the feats listed are largely chakra-based anyway. One can, however, reasonably assume that they're around equal based on how they both were at the end of the War but one could also reasonably assume that Sakura's physical stamina is higher.
Sakura's summons shouldn't be all that relevant to this fight since Hinata shouldn't have any difficulties in either keeping Sakura away from them or them away from Sakura thanks to both her insane speed advantage and the Air Palm.
But here's the real question here: Can Hinata disrupt the Strength of a Hundred Seal? After all, all of the seal's chakra is located on the forehead which Hinata should have zero problems with striking directly. This is something that we have *never* seen happen, as far as I'm aware, and I'm really not comfortable saying anything with any degree of certainty one way or another.
When comparing the two at the last point where we actually have known scaling for Hinata, I'd have to give it to her thanks to her *drastically* outspeeding Sakura and the Twin Lion Fists giving her effectively infinite chakra. It's not impossible for Sakura to win but I'd give it to Hinata a solid 8/10 times. Also, do keep in mind that I'm not taking into account any boost Hinata might have received from Hamura's chakra since that boost (if there was one) is impossible to calculate. If we *did* apply almost any arbitrary boost (like, say, making it the equivalent of a 1-Tail Chakra Cloak) then this turns into a shitstomp.

I would have liked to have seen a rivalry between Hinata and Sakura in the series. Seeing Hinata stand up for Naruto against Sakura would have been so satisfying. I would say Hinata would win due to her massive potential.

Sakura can kickstart her chakra point by releasing the seal with stored chakra just like Naruto kickstarted his by using Kurama’s chakra. Also, the whole ten tails air palm thing wasn’t all her. She had a 9 tails cloak. Sakura wins 🌸💗
There are very rare times where I disagree with you. I also know how much of a Sakura lover you are, but you made very great points. I have always thought that a battle between those 2 is more debatable than people give it credit for. I think it's closer to what the average person thinks. I still think Sakura would win, but with mid difficulty. Good stuff
I mean he completly left out katsuyu out of this fight, hinata and sakura are both melee fighters. Sakura could summon katsuyu and make her divide and shower hinata with acid while sakura can still just beat the crap out of her, also sakura does not have to worry on being touched by the acid since, karsuyu can heal her or she can just release her seal and insta heal herself. There's no scenario where hinata gets the upper hand

If Sakura's strength is based on chakra-enhanced strength and the twin lion first takes chakra and gives it to Hinata doesn't that mean that with every hit Hinata lands, she will get stronger increasing her AP, also if we give Sakura the ability to reopen closed chakra points the only cannon example is Naruto in Chunin exams which required him taping into the nine tails chakra. The only way I see Sakura pulling off this feat is (A using the chakra from the strength of a hundred seals in a similar capacity to Kurama in that fight, which sounds like a one-time use type situation) or (B using some exact chakra control to brute force a point open which is something sakura would and could do that sounds like something that would require too much focus and might leave her open to getting hit with more gentile fist strikes) lastly surly it not a matter of quantity of gentle fist strikes it about the quality there most likely a few central hub chakra points that are in control of the supply for an entire limb. so in theory if she avoided getting hit long enough to take out a leg or arm then Sakura would have to fix it to continue fighting at full capacity during this time sakura is still getting hit stealing Sakura's chakra and getting stronger. so the statistics for this death match are more 50/50 than 2/10 because both are similar on hit win condition.
Sakuras durability is kinda null and void since gentle fist doesn’t attack the body it attacks the vital organs underneath which can’t be trained and strengthened having your heart lungs etc hit with city level force would kinda kill you almost immediately. Not much time to heal yourself if your insides explode all at once in an instant
