  • I’ve always grown up anxious, especially as a Highly sensitive person (HSP) with an extreme case of eczema. In this video, I share my story of how I overcame my anxiety, non-stop worrying thoughts, and even periods of crippling anxiety attacks. I hope the advice and 6 pointers help you cope, calm your mind and you can also find your path to healing and overcoming it.
*I’m still getting used to the informal sit down and chat format, so excuse my shy eye contact in the beginning :)
    Journaling prompts
    1. What stimulants trigger you?
    2. How do you react to your anxiety and are you present for those anxious thoughts?
    3. What underlying beliefs are your anxieties telling you to work through?

I'm glad you feel seen and thank you for watching. The more we can have open conversations about this, the more normalized it will be for us to open up and heal :)

Thank you so much for this video!
I've never really struggled with anxiety before but this past year I failed one of the most important exams of my life and now that I'm studying to retake the exam I get severe anxiety for around 6 months now. It was so bad that I couldn't study and had to postpone my exam for months. Now I feel like it's getting a lot better after I started meditation, breathing work, etc. But it's still there and it hinders me sometimes. After watching your video, I somehow feel like I have the power to get this feeling over me too so thank you for that. Also, I have not yet tried journaling so I will add that to my morning routine :) Subscribed~

I am so happy to hear and thank you for watching. Anxiety definitely can come in and out depending on life circumstances, and the most we can do is be present for it when we can. Sounds like you have a great foundation set up already, good luck with your journey :)
