Made this today but I used 120g erythritol since I don't eat sugar. Plus I also added 15g honey because I'm craving for honey castella. I warmed it with milk and butter. Of course it doesn't look like castella but the taste and texture slightly remind me of castella I had in Japan. Love it and will add chocolate or matcha next time I'm making this👍

I just want you to know that olive oil is not for baking but for cooking, oils like vegetable oil or Sunflower oil or canola oil are for baking

Hello from Australia 🙂 I just made this cake, and it came out super moist, I was worried because my batter looked watery, but it came out beautiful, I also added some lemon zest and a tiny bit of lemon juice and tastes great, thank you for your recipe 🥰 and take care.

Try this for the 1st time without baking soda because i do not have. But turn out the cake taste so goood. My fams like it. Now im tryin to make it with baking powder. Hope get better...m
