Removing this was a mistake. Glad to see that again!

Removing this due to epilipsy was really annoying for me because they could've just had an epileptic friendly setting in the riot client or sign in page to toggle the animation. Removing it made events and other stuff wayyyy less exciting. I used to turn on my pc, boot up league and be greeted with an animated log in screen and epic music... Ive missed it.

If I remember correctly there used to be a box that you could tick to turn off the animation, or not? Cause I'm pretty sure I used to turn it off, cause my laptop was so bad back in the days.
