Hey! I just wanted to stop and let you know that I am very thankful you add the tutorials to your subscriptions. I’ve been subscribed since nearly the beginning and when I watch your videos I do SO much better. Not to mention how much I (laugh - tinkling on the roof 😂) and learn with you both. SO - thank you. I appreciate you.
This was a nice one. I can see lots of possibilities in it. I had the idea of have a bigfoot silhouette and the birds fleeing from his wake. Didn't paint it yet but I have it in my head.
Love Fried Green Tomatoes. Fannie Flagg wrote a sequel to it. Can’t remember the book title but it followed Buddy’s life. Easy read for that cozy rainy day in the cabin.
"I think it's good to see different ways to do the steps." I agree. I paint it first, from the tutorial. I don't watch the video until after that. Then I do and paint it again. Where am I starting? What can I learn? What can I *add* ?
Congratulations for your talent and art ! I've always liked videos like these! See you next time, with great pleasure !! See you soon by AJP Relaxing Jazz Piano
Love!! Hope your pinched nerve heals for you soon!! Question. If I wanted to do this for a Fall setting using browns orange &??? Basically, what colors wound you suggest?
Why not just cut the paper in half and have another half sheet for another project? Or show your swatches on a scrap paper? I’m always so careful to save paper. But you do you , girlfriend. I love what you put out into the world.
Hi Rebecca! You can totally use a half sheet of paper for this project. It's also a great project to use for handmade cards, too. :) Thanks for painting along with us!
I LOVE ya'lls banter! Keenan makes me laugh and I need it! Keep it coming!

Thank you so much for watching with us Andi! We are grateful to be even in a small portion of your artistic journey.
I love how the burnt orange and the sea blue look together. It reminds me of copper and oxidized copper.
It does, doesn't it?
You’re an awesome teacher. Jesus bless you always!!
Love the advice about the birds.

@@LetsMakeArt with pleasure😍 couple of days ago i bough 100% cotton watercolor paper block and now I'm extra exited to try on to that project🥰
I just use masking tape, but pro tip, I tap it on my pants a few times so it isn’t as sticky as doesn’t tear the paper.
Now that is a nifty pro tip! Thanks for sharing that with us, Rebecca!
Beautiful 🤩

That sounds like a good read! Thank you for the recommendation.

Dry water…ya mean ice, or snow! 😜
Anyone mention that Sarah's shirt matches this painting exactly??
Nope, you are the first to notice.
💗👍👀 2/11/22
Just a reminder that when blue leans towards green, it’s COOL. Not warm.
😻💗❤️
What type of paper is this? Canson, Arches, Legion, ?
Hi Jocelyn! Sarah is using an in house Let's Make Art watercolor paper. It is 140lb wood pulp paper that is comparable to Canson.
Mast
Oh man, a great flick is Fool’s Gold, with Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey! Hilarious!
True!
Why not just cut the paper in half and have another half sheet for another project?

Sarah!! Don't you sign your work? Or shouldn't you encourage other artists (beginners and intermediates) to sign and date???
Sarah does not normally sign these projects. We will see if we can have her talk about this subject in an up and coming tutorial.
@@LetsMakeArt Thank you! As a fabric artist, we are always encouraged each other to date, note the maker and the place where a piece was made!
