    I love it as a veteran of Afghanistan 2010 after many years i have gained weight so I literally want to do as i was taught in training that is that the only way to fix my issues is to start from basics. So I'm gonna go to where my physical was at best and that's army exercises in basic they help me lose about 10 lbs so I'm gonna go ahead and discipline myself as i once did and get back into fighting shape also 8 need a ruck sack if anyone can help me find one i would love it thanks guy and like we all and as the army doesl, keep rolling along. Hooah

      I served back in Iraq in 04 and did basic in 03 and this is all totally different from when I was in. But I think your best bet on getting a truck is finding an old Alice ruck. They aren't that expensive and are very good for long rucks.

      Yeah, that's why I'm here too. I served from 2009 - 2016. I've put on way too much weight after getting out. I want to get back in shape, and I figured this was the best way to get back in shape, start to lose weight, and get back to (or at least closer to) my old "fighting weight".

    A little critique- should have focused a little more on the instructor especially when transitioning to show whether the instructor moves to the starting position before calling the group to the starting position (same as going to the position of attention before calling the group to attention) otherwise, great video, currently in BLC and see this as helpful despite some concepts being added and removed like: 4 for the core removes, and more recovery drills to include the groin, calf and hamstring stretches

    does anyone know how to bring an extended rectangular formation uncovered to the left, back to a recovered position? Rather then just assembling them to the right and re-doing the arms downward move process? want to easily transition from preparation exercise to MMD1 more efficiently.

    • @BraggNCOA

    What are the commands to move the element from the preparatory drills to MMDs?

    • @kevking6954
      @kevking6954 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      While I was in the military, we would assemble to the right, then fall out after we were done with whatever drills we do before running (Prep, CD1, Hip Stability). Usually do the MMDs at the location where you will be running, so the cones may already be set up there for you to fall in.

    • @BraggNCOA
      @BraggNCOA  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Check out 27:35 Miltary Movement Drills. The commands are: Assemble to the right, March; Extend to the left, March; Arms downward, move; left, face; extend to the left, March; Arms downward, move; right, face.
