This is a demonstration video for students that are and will be in the future, attending Basic Leader Course at the XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg NCO Academy. This will give the students an idea of what to expect before they attend the BLC.

Quick question, if one of the soldiers needs a quick uniform fix (for example, orienting the flag patch better), do we call it out or the inspector fixes it silently?

@@TheXeroxis1 I think it depends on your instructor. When I went through as a Corporal I was told to call it out and perform the correction. I would check your SGL just to verify that nothing has changed since I attended my NCOA.
