- Hey guys i have been having an issue with my 135i misfiring when under heavy load usually at wide open throttle.
The main reason is because i am now pushing alot more PSI into the engine which makes any weak points fail.
My injector bore probably will need to be fixed however this is a good way to get around that in the mean time.
My boy coated his injectors with JB weld , tightened em all down, let dry a few days. Been fine for years. Can always be drilled later.
Sheesh. Not a bad idea. But not sure if I would recommend that. Especially since these injectors always fail
The injector is very smooth steel. Comes right out with a slide hammer.

@marqqone if its not too bad black gasket maker works on the tips around the circular Teflon seals .
@@marqqonedid u end up doing this I was gonna try it as well put two couplers and teflon tape
Hey man I’m havin a miss fire same as u I saw ur old video where u used to two coupling’s can I do the same thing or do the tape thing
How well does that pen cap work? If it works I might as well 3D print one instead of buying the tool. I have the infamous kit that took a year to ship after lots of nasty emails but I do have it. It’s been sitting on the shelf for months because I’m terrified to drill on my head.
Mine misfires if I go over 6800rpm in 4th gear, always shows combustion misfire cyl 6, did yours only do this at high rpm?
Both at high rpm or in a higher gear when really under load.
@menjicar right, slightly different to mine, I can drive mine really Hard in any rev range, but if I dare exceed 6900rpm it does the bmw bong and half check engine light, replaced my injector seals last year, I might replace no 6 injector and seal and see what happens

@@menjicar I have a question my cylinder 3 injector was not fully sealed, I tried to tighten the injector bracket bold and stripped the bracket bolt in half, half of the bolt its still in the hole for the bracket, even when i put older injectors with a seal in it there is still play in the injector keep in mind the bracket is no longer on, does this mean my injector hole is ovalled?

At that point just buy a new head for the car
You are gonna have to drill it out find someone that can do it
Did it work? is it still ruining good? I’m having that issue with cylinder one I already swapped coils and Sparkplugs still nothing
It worked for a while but issue came back. Most likely due to me running at 27 PSI Boost. Because it was fine at around 22-24 psi. Had to drill and make new injector bore. Was oval out. Made separate video
