you are speaking straight facts! test drove the CX-30 premium..... and then drove a LEXUS UX250h Premium and i was blown away by how amazingly how comfortable and quiet and just overall satisfying to drive. I Was impressed! Lexus has sold me
I was going to buy a Corolla hybrid which I had tried and got 68 MPG. But then the seats are uncomfortable and has limited headroom and looks like a taxi! So I went across the road, literally, to the Lexus showroom. There I saw the UX250h. 2 litre engine and synergy hybrid eCVT. Ok so only 53.5 MPG but so much more refined, comfortable, quiet, head room! Sold.
Great job. Totally agree, the 10.3-in. screen is the way to go, hands down. The only Ux's showing up in L.A. dealerships come with the just the base 7.0-in. screen (even in the F-Sport trims), whomp-whomp.
Absolutely right! What's the point of paying for premium and then getting even less content than a RAV4? The UX already doesn't make practical sense; no point in taking away the tech, too! 🤣
@@jax1079 I agree, I think the Ux should've only been a hybrid option and the price should've met somewhere in the middle of the base non-hybird model and the hybrid option we have. One more thing, Jax; the Ux has one thing the RAV doesn't...CD player!!! (Yes, I'm a product of the 90's. Yes, I'm a bit of a geek).
U stands for urban. Also good for retirees or older empty Nestor’s. Fold down the back seats and plenty of cargo space. About 42 mpg or better. It’s a good daily driver.
Rav 4 Lexus hybrid premium doesn’t have the Lexus ride or refinement...... come on now.... and the cx30 doesn’t feel as refined as the Lexus and the bose system is not as good as the Lexus UX standard and premium audio
RAV4 has the same P711 hybrid transmission as the UX250h. But thats where the similarities end. The Lexus has everything a little bit better and overall superb.
Yeah, it's a work in progress. I actually have a soft box in that shot, but it wasn't turned up high enough. Might need to get a ring light to up my game, though... 🤔 Thanks for watching!
@@jax1079? Ooo huh that's a good spot for it .I have a touch screen button for my 3 . Sport an offroad and economy. How many different ones did the Lexus have?
I’m not rich I’m a hardworking nurse who has a long commute, I want a luxury car but I don’t want to pay too much money on top of paying a lot on gas. I want something that’s going to be fuel efficient for my long commute. I wanted a Tesla but I don’t think that’s practical for the limited time I’ll have to charge. Do you recommend this car? I enjoyed your video. Keep it up!
Thanks! Honestly, the newly released Toyota Venza might be a better option. It's slightly larger and has all the same options (and then some) the Lexus has, gets great gas mileage, and looks as good or better based on your preference. Another option would be the RAV4 Prime, which can go up to 42 miles on electric power alone. Fully loaded, you get many of the same options the Lexus has in a larger vehicle with more SUV styling (which appeals to some people). You'd be more likely to have the time to charge up its 42 mile range as well, which could pay off if your commute includes lots of stop and go traffic.

Nothing rides like a Lexus! Thanks for watching!

Haha! Very true. I'm with ya on that. I had quite the CD collection back then, too!
Entertaining, informative, not overly complicated. The option of considering a Mazda CX-30 is very perceptive and tells me he knows cars.
Why thank you! And thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
The Mazda is a Ford Mondeo!
Thank you for creating a car review with some good morning humor while I sip my coffee and watch. Subscribed.

Nicely done, man! I’m definitely a fan of the new intro.

For the right buyer it absolutely is.
Wow Jax that new intro is awesome

See you on the next one jax. I really liked that little Lexus it looked cozy and comfortable.

Please can you review the new 2023 250h luxury trim. Not the F-sport with it's runflat tyres because...it's a lexus not a sportscar :d
I’ll see what I can do 😉👍🏻
Amazing review sir! Thank you 🫡
Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Yes use the floor mat. It is really good
I hope it stops raining in fairmount GA. I think the tree's has had enough too.lol
Jax your setup is a bit dark> maybe add a ring light and soft b0x

? What's that on the side of the dash in front of the steering wheel?

Yep and it going to rain tomorrow and the next two weeks. I'm bummed
I like the dash looks clean
It's a nicer Prius?
Much nicer 😉👍🏻
Oh that’s not a fucking suv, that’s a hatchback. Witch is why I want one! 😍
You're right! It really is just a tall hatchback. Thanks for watching!
What’s this about witches?
Which one are we talking about ?
Yeah making videos is all we can do lol could be worse
