I just bought the roborock q8 max but i cant power up the device. I have plugged in the dock and placed up the robot to charge but none of the power up actions working. What i have to do?
@@VacuumChef it was defective so i send it back for warranty but i dont know yet if i will take a new one back or they will fix this one, worst choice of my life, i am now 1 month without vacuum, i gave 1/2 of my monthly income and i dont have a vacuum, all of my friends and family told me to buy a xiaomi and i took roborock, worst choice ever :P
How does one connect with the Roborock if your in home Wifi is 5MB? I also have Xfinity mobile.
5MB? Not sure what that means so your best bet will be to contact Roborock first then Xfinity if needed!
Ugh. I can’t get it to recognize after I hit reset.
@@Doggonewood The trick that worked for me was switching my phone to airplane mode.

I am not sure what is going on. I am so sorry you are having issues. I would contact roborock right away for support!
