Great video. So far I’ve only used the vacuum function. I am going to use the mop function for my next cleaning. How do you know when you need to add more water to the water tank
in the same tank as the water. We use the Roborock floor cleaner. from the manual: B4 Mopping Note: To prevent excessive dirt buildup during first-time use, floors should be vacuumed at least three times before mopping. B4-1-Press the latch and slide the dustbin and water tank combo unit backwards. B4-2-Fill the water tank Remove the water tank stopper, fill the tank with water, and close it tightly. Notes: • To prevent corrosion or damage, only use the Roborock branded floor cleaner in the water tank. • Do not use hot water as this may cause the tank to deform. • When filling the water tank, tilt tank 30° to avoid wetting the filter.
they still havent added the feature where it doesnt return to the dock over carpet with the mop attachment.. i tell it all the floor types and it STILL tries to return over my carpets.. For example rather than taking the floored hallway, it will shortcut through my carpeted living room.. have you had the same experience? thanks
That is interesting. In our case it always seems to return via the tile surfaces, but then again there is no carpet on that path. Saying that if it does one of our bathrooms it would need to go over carpet to get there and back. Sounds like in your case it could avoid the carpet but instead prioritizes the shortest route.
the robot holds the dirt inside the small water and dust bin at the back of the unit. Then when it docks it sucks out the dirt back thru the bottom of the robot where the rollers are. It's a pretty cool design. The dirt is pulled out into that tower inside a vacuum bag. The bin at the back of the robot is removable so you can add water for mopping.
Hi guys! This video was great! Can I make a tiny suggestion - add 'unboxing and set up' to the video title! That part was super useful! :) Either way, thanks!!
sometimes these smart devices like to be near your phone and router. also you should be able to reset the robot before pairing. if I recall Roborock has instructions on their website how to do that. keep in mind these manufacturers sometimes change the install process so some steps could be different than what we had to do.
This is the only "Unboxing" video that actually shows the unboxing. Thank you!
thank you. much appreciated.
Great video. Actual review in person, not a product advert, much appreciated. Thanks and greetings from Spain!
hi Mateo, thank you so much.

thank you. it doesn’t tell you, we just check the tank before mopping.
How and where can I add liquids (mopping liquids) for mopping ?

where is the dirt gathered inside of the vac?

Thanks for the review, it would be useful to have chapters!
thanks Jasper. Chapters is a good idea. Especially the longer reviews. Sometimes TH-cam adds them automatically, likely not for this one though.

Advice taken. Thank you.
I don't understand anything. Have connected it, scan the QR code, that's it. "Can't find device"...... Following video but can't progress.
