​@@royalurgentcare4114- Its on going, something I realize I will have for the rest of my life. At least I know what I have thanks to Dr. Pimentel. As I am writing this I am currently taking Xifaxin and Neomycin. Its always one day at a time.

Not good news regarding Rifaxamin and antibiotic resistance has emerged recently.

A report published in the medical journal Nature this year showed that Rifaxamin caused antibiotic resistance to a last ditch antibiotic called Daptomycin. I don't know if this happens with S/T use but this complication needs to be addressed ASAP.
