I've had a cooking stone too in Malaga, Spain, with steak. It was delicious and pretty fun to cook it yourself on a burning rock. There was also a small hammer and a tiny salt rock so you could break the salt rock into smaller pieces and apply that to your steak. They also had free nachos.

@@nczioox1116 yes, it's a real title. Plus, any restaurant needs more than one dish. So they have a team of chefs to prepare the dishes (including this one. They still have to cut the fish, preheat the stone, prep the spices and sauce, etc)
that's actually a good idea! I can literally just cut shit up and make them cook for themselves
of course, it would be a great idea to let the customer prepare all the ingredients, cut the tuna, and heat the stones

Jordan Groleau I've had some of the best grown tuna in the world from Croatia that finds it's way to best high end restaurants in Japan, fish that grow in some of the cleanest seas in the world and eat only fresh fish of a grade as high as what you would buy on a fish market to eat, and still think it's gross and a waste to cook tuna this way in big chunks. A waste of meat preparing it like that. But hey, imbeciles who are clueless and think something new is amazing by default like it, and that's basically 90% of the worlds population.
