No need for a degreaser. Just scrub it with a tooth brush and some dish soap. Then rinse off with warm water. That is was l did with my GM Ace Grand micarta scales.
I used to sell shop supplies and I’ve got some great eco friendly degreaser that is phenomenal, but I’m going to give the dish soap a go first and try it out. Thanks for the info bro.
