I don't know how to explain this, but the original feels like our girl here was right in the beginning of egg cracking where every thought is "oh god oh shit everything's gonna be miserable forever and everyone hates me oh god," and then this version is her 4 years later, having moved out of her house, mostly physically transitioned, with probably more cats than she needs, and she fell asleep listening to "Pika Girl by S3RL 10 HOUR VERSION", woke up from a possibly psychedelic dream experience and thought "hey you know what'd be funny?" This is a very hightier compliment by the way.
yeah, original definitely feels "babytrans buying amazon schoolgirl uniform" and my idea with this redesign is going all in on like a few years of self discovery and making her own look for herself. glad it shows
I love the progression of this song. It starts off with this super edgy song with a slight glimmer of hope, and through each generation it's become cheerier and cheerier until this version, where it almost feels like a mockery of the original, looking back and remembering the sad days and how they compare to now, a much happier time fully transitioned and dancing around. Also, I love the Banana Slamma redesign, and I want to get that outfit.

Listened finally and i love how hopeful and upbeat this version feels compared to the original and even the 2020 and stardust versions :333333 Also dumas ate on the tuning OH OH OH AND YOUR ART LOOKS AWESOME!!!!
i love the collection of dysphorias thats amassed over the years its so cool to listen and see how each improved over the old ones!!! for some reason listening to each of them in order feels like a journey throughout the main characters emotions and experiences
