- A flow filmed on the banks of one of the worlds most sacred river systems, Rishikesh Recharge consists of a gentle warm-up and intelligently sequenced asana such as shoulder stand, fish, forward folds and the peacock pose. Our practice concludes with a full-body tense and release as well as a short final relaxation.

Wonderful class! I love the transitions, which I also incorporate into my regular practice at home and hope to add to my in-person classes for more flow to the Sivananda routine. It‘s unfortunate that the classes in my area are limited to 45 minutes. How nice it would be to open my own studio and offer what I want to!

Dearest Daniel Firstly thank you so much for your personal and informed response to my qu yesterday. (Unfortunately my pc won't allow me to read all of it as my cursoe failed to move down to end of message!) Hey Ho I had to come to the banks of Mama Ganga thismorning. So wonderful to return here for a yoga session if only in 2D. Again thoroughly enjoyed your class. I was curious as to what was said by your partner in your video together. She commented that people tend to not feel they are making too much progress in their practice.. This is so for me. I have osteoarthritus in my spine which may be what is causing my tendency to round my back in certain asanas. I am going to keep following you for a while as I feel drawn to what you are offering. In kindness and Love for another gorgeous day on this Mother Earth. ***xxx
