Hi, do u have double track motosised blinds (2 layers) and can control seperately?
The inside is for 50% shade and the outside is for 100% blackout for privacy. I have seen manual blinds do have double track as what i had mentioned.

Just wondering if it is allowed by condominium management? Some have restrictions as it might affect the project's facade.

Not all condo management allows (But many have already approved and have installed track guided blinds like Ziptrak brand). We will have to check with the management, if its not allowed, the residents can typically raise this up during the AGM to seek consensus for this to be approved.
