Does the uneven rolling up of the lease compared to the blind fabric cause it to look uneven when partially down?
I have the same blinds which i believe are the best product in the market, my only concern is when it’s real windy they eventually need adjusting only cause they start flapping, can I adjust them myself?
By "flapping", are you referring to the movement of the fabric within the tracks? As the fabric is soft, there will definitely be movement. But if there appears to be an excessive amount of "loose" fabric, do approach your retailer to see if they can make some adjustments.

Hi Hitesh, this channel is managed by the exclusive distributor and fabricator for Ziptrak in Singapore and Malaysia, Durablinds. Ziptrak products, requires a great level of customisation in order to fit within highly varied site conditions. As you can imagine, the pelmet (which encases the fabric roll) and tracks will need to be accurate to the millimetre to fit properly. This means that while all parts are manufactured by Ziptrak, we will have to do finishing work, as well as bring in and offer fabric relevant to the local climate and requirements before the blinds are ready for installation by trained retailers. This is the role we play here. The costs and duration would be inhibiting if orders have to be sent to Australia then globally. We hope that answers your concerns.

How do you clean the blinds when installed at Hightower balcony?
To clean the interior of the blinds, simply wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. You can also use a specialised cleaning solution such as Swiftee® outdoor blind cleaner. As for the exterior of the blind, the rain should give the blind a good wash.
