Hello! there are many roman blind track manufacturer in the market hence its important to know the type that you are using, best to approach the vendor whom did it then they will know better. if you are uncertain who did it because it could have been sometime ago or from the previous owner, then its better to change the track. Lastly, do approach the experts in your area so they can better advise you from there

@@SOFTHOMESG the roman blind was bought from your company. Your TH-cam shown it as very easy to roll up and down. But, mine is stuck the moment I rolled it up. What is your advice, call your service man for help?

yes we do have them operated manually. however for tall spaces, we will only recommend motorised

this is with Somfy's tubular motor. typically you have to check with the vendor whom did your shangrila blinds if they can retrofit it, because the casette/pelmet casing of the blind is also the limitation

These are hardwire powered. By AC motor. They are PVC material made to look like woodd

there are 2 factors that affect this. 1) by itself, there is already some sound emitted when the motor is operating, especially for the tilting function because its a sudden jerk. 2) the sound generated by the moving motor is further amplified if it is mounted on a false ceiling or partition structure. it can only be very quiet when its mounted on a concrete surface that is not hollow in nature. in summary, to be silent as though there is no movement that will not be possible despite the motor that we are using is Sonesse model from Somfy, which is a quiet motor in the series of motors offered.

there is some sound due to the rotating of the tubular motor that controls the strings and slats, however what you are actually hearing from this video is actually background drilling noise that is NOT from the blind itself :p. this video was taking sometime back and back then we were so serious about taking videos to feature our product, hence that drilling noise was totally unplanned for haha!
