5:48 The "Snek" lady is a special case and her short lifespan caused by another reasons, so she is not a proper reference to speculate about Libery lifespan. Lone Trail spoilers regarding 5:56 beware. The 6 years Ho'olheyak is talking about is referencing to how long it took her to get where she is within Maylander itself. Why she's making a big number of it is because Tin Man himself is so god damn old that he wouldn't understand how much 6 years can mean to a "regularly" aging person. The "one-seventh" refers to Ho'olheyak's age, not her life expectency. Ho'olheyak is ~42, her life expectency is not. She notes it like that because for the Tin Man, one-seventh of his own age would probably be well over a thousand years, so to him "just 6 years" is nothing and as such Ho'olheyak needs to demonstrate the relative time she has spent to gain his trust from her own point of view.
I'm surprised there isn't more racism considering the absurd amount of different races on Terra. She's definitely a cerberus might be the precursor of all the perros or something. But then again not all operators based on mythological creatures is classified as an elder
I'd say she's an Elder, just my opinion tho. Possibly even more since she doesn't know/remember anything about her past. I find it interesting she's the most doglike of all playable Perros, too. She's literally just a dog in anime girl shape (and I love and adore her for that).

Every time you bring up guns requiring Originium Arts, I think of Jessica who is distinctly stated to be not infected. So, is there something I'm missing about her and why she can use a gun? The lore makes it seem that it's a traditional gun and she can afford it and it's ammunition because her family is rich
Well, in her alter event, it is shown that the founder of Blacksteel is a Sankta himself, who decided to leave Laterano with some other guys to fight in Columbian war or something. After he created his paramilitary company, he got his employees to reverse-engineer the sankta guns he brought with him, an they did it (albeit imperfectly) so that's why Blacksteel ops have "guns", or imitations of a real one that is operated with Sankta Originium Arts. Terra's world does not have any form of explosives excepting Originium, so yes, every gun needs arts to function. Some upgrading items for operators, along with Rosmontis' story and the whole Dorothy event, make us assume that tech is evolving enough to make compact originium engines that emulate the Arts. And, by the way, one does not need to be infected to use Arts. But being Infected amplifies the innate capability. Hope this was enough to explain.
I can never get tired of these kind of videos. Even though I have already known these things, but hearing everything in a very constructed form (with a very interesting background loop) just solidifies my understanding and makes me love this game even more. Thank you for your service
So….Doctor’s species (the ancients I think) are humans that are basically alien invaders that came to terra and said “you, Sarkaz, this place is pretty neat….its ours now”

Anyway this game lore is insane and insanely good and I just can't wait to get more of it.
Small theory, with how kal'tsit said sarkaz and the other races arent too different im thinking there were normal animals well "normal" animals on terra at some point alongside the demons the elves(fae maybe? as a higher up branch on the tree that mightve split off into durin as well) and what have you that were little more than animals with no humanity to speak of but over time originium humanified the creatures into what we have today and that might also be what the demons on the north are, unevolved sarkaz that are primal animalistic beings as for how elders and ancients come into play in this is that the sarkaz mightve "evolved" first with their already hypersensivity so to speak against originium its not far fetched to see them get humanified first and make a civilization only for the ancients and elders to come in and destroy them and alongside all this at some point actual humans doctor and the gang probably landed somewhere and setup the AIs and the cryo pods with their remaining resources until things calmed down on the surface in terms of the originium stability theres also the weird animals and the feranmut they're probably edge cases of this "evolution" or if were to assume no originium involvement with the feranmut maybe theyre kind of like the sankta running off their own ancient machine or technology that gives them powers but thats pure speculation, without them not using originium arts its hard to tell what exactly they do maybe they harness a more base source of energy, like a building block of originium maybe? if such a thing even exists also the name "origin"-ium is kind of interesting in on itself isnt it? i think it adds nicely to the "evolution" theory keep in mind i havent read the latest events and story chapters for a while so there might be some glaring issues that i didnt know any better on but hopefully it atleast works to get some ideas in peoples minds

"Welcome back, you have not missed anything important". (Statement after arguably the most important and craziest thing I have heard in Arknights)
I have not caught up but I wish I did.
I have chills now!
I didnt know this was a different channel, I thought qaiser was just cooking hard
HooHooYeYeYarak is peak naming capability fr
Is ceobe just a normal perro or does she belong in the elder category? Usually an operator's e2 art includes the animal or mythological creature they are based on.
Nothing said she’s anything special
She may have a Cerberus in her e2 art but otherwise she’s just a normal perro
@@darkunykorn404 What makes her an elder to me is that in the gavial event she is surprisingly strong physically I mean wat dog man hybrid can overpower a dozen crocodile men and breach their village walls made of welded scrap metal at the same time hahah
Sarkaz and Sankta lores are equivalent to Draenei and Eredar lore in Warcraft universe
0:50 the best race
So….Doctor’s species (the ancients I think) are humans that are basically alien invaders that came to terra and said “you, Sarkaz, this place is pretty neat….its ours now”
More or less.
That's a cool concept. Maybe that can explain why the endfield administrator has human traits and gets called Doctor as well in the trailer. After docs done with terra he/she invaded another planet lolol
Liberi have the features of birbs from our world and have a tendency to T-Pose to assert dominance when threatened
I like how the seaborn and abyssal hunters are fighting by using fire against fire. And then we got mizuki like “yo guys. Stop being asshole and try these games. And have some food. Good for your soul :3) I know that mizuki has some semi canon lore in the inergrsted strategies (is3) but at the same time I do wonder if mizuki will get even more lore
Probably not until the next next Seaborn event. Is3 basically states Mizuki's purpose is to sacrifice himself to hold against the seaborn tide
i love your voice and explaining youre seriously my fave arknights youtuber ever :D
Kjera's original form is Kjera mountain itself, SHE IS THE MOUNTAIN
Omg new lore drop
Probably stating the obvious here but just wanted to mention that most of those races' names are just the greek words for the associated animal.
Source: Myself, cause I am greek.
actually, oni in Highashi are also Sarkaz, they are just like Asana in Yan, brought by an ancient king to the east and then assimilated with the locals
Awesome work!
I based my doctor of the 1998 Godzilla so he's an abnormally large Savra
Arknights' worldbuilding feels like a teenager just put in whatever they thought sounded cool and honestly I kind of vibe with how chaotic it is but its so confusing and inconsistent
Great work sir, amazing detailed research and really enjoyed the video! Keep up the good work 😊
there is a sarkaz sub race called DJALL???? holy
Thanks for this bro
Wait, 7:25, Lee was a Dragon? I thought he belonged to the "Koi fish" category due to his skills presentation and the scales
Yeah, it's the Chinese/Asian dragon. Like Kaido's zoan form in One Piece.
Lung are fish dragons, how the Vouvire represent Wyverns, the Lung represent Wryms. Lee's a Koi because if a koi swimmed up a river/waterfall they become a dragon.
He’s a Chinese dragon.
Chinese dragons: Fish dragons
European dragons: Lizard dragons (usually with wings)
I love how he said, "Kazdel has been destroyed MULTIPLE times."
Yeah, like a few times😆😆😆
Anyway, great vid! Can't wait to another one like that!
Absolutely magnificent!!! I think you will be interested in S M Zeus.
Thanks a lot for this information! very useful all of this made you think about the role of humans in this world, also having the authority of beings like gods on this planet.
Talking about Feranmut, when you put Ling on the base she said she feeling nostalgic. Maybe Sui knows the Feranmut the Rhodes Island has become in the past.
That's just brainfart of mine tho, lol
Banger video as always
THIS WILL BE ON YOUR TEST!! DUE TOMORROW
"petram has the features of turtles" thats it.
amazing.
And funny thing is, Cuora’s “shell” is not a shell at all. It’s a backpack.

28:17. (CN spoilers)
The fact that those "Demons" are actually real aliens is insane. And unless I'm mistaken even on CN we don't know yet what they exactly are, just that came from the huge portal/gate on the northern point of Sami (which is btw probably the portal mentioned in that one Endfield trailer).
Anyway this game lore is insane and insanely good and I just can't wait to get more of it.
Don't matter what race, I must continue all of them 💪🏻😎
4:43 Phidia/Pythia I bet the difference is venomous snakes and constrictor snakes.
Mushas gracias mi estimado ❤🫶✨
thx as always
Small theory, with how kal'tsit said sarkaz and the other races arent too different im thinking there were normal animals well "normal" animals on terra at some point alongside the demons the elves(fae maybe? as a higher up branch on the tree that mightve split off into durin as well) and what have you that were little more than animals with no humanity to speak of but over time originium humanified the creatures into what we have today and that might also be what the demons on the north are, unevolved sarkaz that are primal animalistic beings
as for how elders and ancients come into play in this is that the sarkaz mightve "evolved" first with their already hypersensivity so to speak against originium its not far fetched to see them get humanified first and make a civilization only for the ancients and elders to come in and destroy them
and alongside all this at some point actual humans doctor and the gang probably landed somewhere and setup the AIs and the cryo pods with their remaining resources until things calmed down on the surface in terms of the originium stability
theres also the weird animals and the feranmut they're probably edge cases of this "evolution" or if were to assume no originium involvement with the feranmut maybe theyre kind of like the sankta running off their own ancient machine or technology that gives them powers but thats pure speculation, without them not using originium arts its hard to tell what exactly they do
maybe they harness a more base source of energy, like a building block of originium maybe? if such a thing even exists
also the name "origin"-ium is kind of interesting in on itself isnt it? i think it adds nicely to the "evolution" theory
keep in mind i havent read the latest events and story chapters for a while so there might be some glaring issues that i didnt know any better on but hopefully it atleast works to get some ideas in peoples minds
the world building in this gamejust wild
Why did you use Bryophyta silhouette in the Phidia/Pythia section? He's Liberi. Verdant is the Pythia.
Terra even more reminds me of the Kharak after this.
Wait a minute.. something is wrong..
WHERE'S THE OFFICE CHAIR RACE?!
Probably part of the artificial category, which also includes the machines and the robots.
“Handle nighttime activities better.”
You do know how this sounds? Right?
*RIGHT?!*
Huh,it never occurred to me Noir & Yato are oni.
That actually explains them a bit.
Bro wtf i thought it was just a gacha game now I'm watching a half an hour vid about races, complex geopolitical interactions, onslaught, enslavement, prejudice and racism bro wtf i thought it was a cute little game omg
Excellent and detailed video. Although spoiler warnings would have been nice; I thought you were just going to name the animal for each operator.
You say “Nachzehrer” beautifuly 🤩
If someone ask me how complex is arknighsts lore I just send them this half-hour wideo about only races.
great video
Hellagur is a unique subclass of Liberi worth to note
"that's rough"
so anyway I just wanna say that serving Dokutah & Dr. Kal'tsit as Ancient/Elder seems like 'correct' duty
😉
7:27 ONIS AND HIGASHI MENTIONED 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
My favorite race are cautus
It was great my Lord
We need a races tier list
Feranmut: anyway, I start -blasting- mitosis
flint loves colorful flowers? then they could not have picked a worse artist for her lol.
