Great review, albeit with two issues i see -
1. You should have included clock speeds of the processors in the performance metrics, even if the temps are low, it may throttle the laptop.
2. You should've discussed about the build quality a bit more, albeit a solid looking laptop, it has some amount of lid and deck flex, not to mention the hinge is not that great. The keys are a bit mushy as well.
Its better to tell them that it's a very great laptop at the price range rather than not showing some of the cons. Cause honestly it is a very good laptop at the price range, but some corners have been cut obviously.

Good review the reason you didnt see a lot of thermal issues as you didnt max out setting in games. In cod and battlefield you gpu usage didnt exceed 69 percent. As graphic setting were not high enough so cpu was able to take more grunt. My advice max out the setting as that allows us to see how system performs under load. Also Throttling system are higher end variants.
Never hang your headphones over laptop screen like you did on your pavallion, it ll create a disorientation and when you close your laptop there will be some space and it ll not close perfectly, i used to do it too now my TUF screen when closed doens't touch the bottom form side where i used to hang my headphones

i think heating issues will show when cpu and gpu are pushed with higher settings..but that is to be expected naturally

Hi, I have Asus tuf FX 505gt Intel i5 and 1650 GPU laptop. It is reaching 90-95°c temps while gaming, have worked with grizzly kryonaut also but didn't worked for me, Now I got to know that why it didn't worked for me, by watching several videos, it's the pump out effect.
Switched to Gelid GC extreme paste also but can't feel the remarkable improvement only couple of °s drop.
My question is will the thermal grizzly hydronaut should work for me ? My ambient temperature is in between 30-35°c.
