Csgo depends on CPU more than GPU...so get a good processor for csgo ...f15 will give you 100 or 125+ fps and A17 will give you 140-160+ fps in Csgo....But Anyways Our eyes can only see 60fps atmost not more than that..hope this helps you...save your money by buying f15..and..save the remaining money for future or use the remaining money for buying games and controllers for your laptop.

There is a low key yellow filter and red and green colors look different. I compared the color with my PC and color on my PC monitor looks better.
