New Ball Joint from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1ASB...
This video shows you how to install a front lower ball joint on your 2004-2008 Ford F-150. Car and truck suspensions combine a number of moving parts for safe and stable handling. The ball joint is the crucial moving component that ties those parts together. The ball-in-socket joint can wear out and loosen over time. Or, the rubber protective boot can tear, allowing contaminants to seize the joint. Bad ball joints are a common failure point on vehicle inspections because they lead to unsafe driving conditions. Fortunately, they are relatively easy to replace with the right know-how.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2004 Ford F-150
    2005 Ford F-150
    2006 Ford F-150
    2007 Ford F-150
    2008 Ford F-150

Just a little tip for some people. If you put the ball joints in the freezer overnight it will make sliding it in until the lower control arm much much easier

I am in the process of replacing the upper and lower ball joints. I have watched several TH-cam videos on the subject but yours was by far the most professionally done. Your step by step explanations were concise and the video was easy to see.
I really appreciated the info on the bolt sizes and the torque specs.
Also, you didn’t feel the need to resort to profanity to sound authoritative. I watched one video recently that was so laced with profanity that I had to shut it off-and I am a former sailor from Vietnam days.
Glad I found you on the TH-cam channels. Bless you.

You’re definitely not a DIYer, I can tell just by the way you handle your tools and all the little tricks and tips throughout the whole process. I appreciate you pointing out to start by tightening the bottom lug nut as well. Alot of people don’t do that and the wheel goes on cockeyed.

So roughly how much does a ball joint replacement cost on a 07 f150 and should I have the sway bar and rods replaced also? Like a kit assembly?
