It's a lot of hard work for both of them!
this! they guy is doing some major lifting (whilst moving too is crazy) but the ladies have to be able to hold their own weight and be in the correct position too! partnering is so awesome and difficult
Men deserve so much more create when it comes to partnering in ballet

Yeah growing up in my studio I subbed for the male role because of my physique and strength, not an easy job!

I've always tried being a "lifter" but i cant find any places around me where they let women do it
I think gymnastics is the only place where I've seen women lifting people, and I didn't realize that until these comments!
I do hope you're able to find someplace or someone to practice with (:
