Mysore already is known for silk and sandalwoods, enough economy there, other agricultural lands cannot be touched. So expansion of Bangalore is the ideal move. We must however integrate tech into other regions without disturbing the geography for optimal growth.

Indias 15.55% i.e. 39672 factories are in tamil nadu. Gross enrolment is higher education is more in tamil nadu. More number of autonomous colleges, more number of engineering colleges, more number of medical colleges, more number govt transport buses are in tamil nadu.. These are continuous state government made.. Infrastructure i.e. road is far better than any other state... Not 100% but In many aspects, tamil nadu is far ahead. Nobody can come even nearer to that... Because it is almost 100 years dravidian thougjt... Even brahmins have participated in that... main difference can i tell between Tamilnadu and Karnataka? Tamilnadu govt and economy is uplifting the people of TN. Their electronic segment is dominated by women and most of the workforce is locally based. meanwhile the white colllar/software/services based karnataka economy is uplifting people of other states. i visited salem and i am stunned by the number of factories and how bustling their tier-2 cities are. Tamilnadu model should be followed not the fake gujarat model. In one word TN making their people prosperous also others, Karnataka mainly making outsiders prosperous.

While growing up in Tamil Nadu we were always thought to treat all indians as brothers and sisters and friends, incl kannadigas. But when I moved to Bangalore and saw the hatred 'some' people had on tamilians, I was appalled and shocked. Not that the avg Bangalorean had any issues, it is the 'so-called well educated talented folks' who grew up with all nonsense stories about Tamilians and their education made them not to think/question even once on their stupidity.

That’s because of the geography. We can’t touch the ghat section, because most of the coffee production comes from ghat sections. Coastal regions and historical cities are for tourism. Mysore already is known for silk and sandalwoods, enough economy there, other agricultural lands cannot be touched. So expansion of Bangalore is the ideal move. We must however integrate tech into other regions without disturbing the geography for optimal growth.

Tamil nadu tourism is great and always try to improvize more but in Karnataka tourism is very low because of facilities provided are poor and temples development is not good
main difference can i tell between Tamilnadu and Karnataka? Tamilnadu govt and economy is uplifting the people of TN. Their electronic segment is dominated by women and most of the workforce is locally based. meanwhile the white colllar/software/services based karnataka economy is uplifting people of other states. i visited salem and i am stunned by the number of factories and how bustling their tier-2 cities are. Tamilnadu model should be followed not the fake gujarat model. In one word TN making their people prosperous also others, Karnataka mainly making outsiders prosperous.

U will get a glimpse of the industry prowess of TN when we travel to chennai from Bengaluru.. also as u mentioned, its the local workforce, who r the backbone of their industrial sector which are majorly contributing the state gdp, unlike ours who are mostly migrant workforce coming from various parts of the country...
The other major noticeable factor is participation of women in the workforce in every sector including small and large scale industries, hospitality, hotel etc
Absence of a major tier 2 city in KA; whereas, TN has many other cities who contribute immensely to the GDP.. even the newer cities like Hosur, have grown like anything..

While growing up in Tamil Nadu we were always thought to treat all indians as brothers and sisters and friends, incl kannadigas. But when I moved to Bangalore and saw the hatred 'some' people had on tamilians, I was appalled and shocked. Not that the avg Bangalorean had any issues, it is the 'so-called well educated talented folks' who grew up with all nonsense stories about Tamilians and their education made them not to think/question even once on their stupidity.
