brethren, i believe it's not your fault for the bike cylinder to blow up, and for the piston to got damage. the fact of the matter i believe what has causes is: the manufacturer not applying the right combination when molding the kind of material. Poor material, it cannot withstand the kind of friction, and also can't barely resist the entire heat when the material tried its best to absorb.
Have a valve check done. I don't know about a timeline but maybe every 2 years ir 3 years if you don't put your bike under much pressure. Had a bike for over 5 years and nevrr did a valve check, so technically it isn't necessary, but as I said it's based on your riding habit
The flame and backfire on decel is probably a sign of a lean air fuel ratio. That's what happens when a high flow muffler is installed without the adjustments done to the carburetor to match.
Could be a Air issue (bike might be stifling) could be a gas issue (carburetor needing to be cleaned or your gas line is blocked or something) Could be an electrical issue. Run through some troubleshooting
Could be the carburetor needing adjustment, could be the air filter blocked up, could be the carburetor blocked up, could be the spark plug, and lastly could be the Enginr topics needing adjustment
What was mileage at that time, them pusrod valve easily fly after 150 thousand kilo meter, so during service inter valves , new valve n clips fi install, mi no exactly remember exact mileage,
Fam we don't go by mileage here 😅...speedo tends to stop working after a while or the cables keep bursting. Had a pushrod bike before for 2 years and this nevrr happened. Had my timing chain for 5 years, nothing like this ever happened. The valves that were in this werent stock if I'm not mistaken, they were just cheap knock offs. But yea we Jamaicans don't normally "service valves" I mean after all these aren't dirtbikes.
blessings bro love ur vidoes an all enjoy them every time Aswell.. but truth be told u need a bigger bike now for everyday riding cuz these little bikes gives alot of troubles an u is a man always service an take care of ur bike so wat really happens we don't know an wat really cuz it aswel .but try investing in bigger stronger bike now plus bigger bikes fits you Aswell..doesn't have be a big big bike but rather a bike bike 250 yeah
Fam, I've been working on it. Things happened in 23 which caused the upgrade to be delayed... I'm working in Silence just stay tuned...#timeaddimaster ⏳️
@@ParadiseBikerGreetings Paradise. I'm sorry you went through this but I'm sure good came out of your unfortunate events. ALOT of us are still riding pushrod bikes, and most of us think that valve to piston damage only occurs as a result of high rpm abuse. I have a highly modified pushrod flatty and WAS confident that what happened to you could'nt happen to me because of my heavy-duty valve springs. I'm still using the stock valves though. I noticed that you weren't even pressuring the bike when it happened. Lesson 1. The valve can fail without being abused. Lesson 2. Make sure to have money put aside for this common problem. Good video.✊🏾
Me boss me nuh see like uno pull the bottom I engine you no that all the chipping from the piston ago guh down In I belley a the engine an go between gears ⚙️ an damage the teeth them.
Yea, we did well tired n couldn't do anything else. It depends on the chipping still..if it's small you Ain't gotta pull your engine case, if it's like mine weh big then it'll recommend for sure.
If you ask me is best the man dem just put the money together and buy the Japanese brands, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha and Kawasaki. These Chinese brands are cheaply built.
Truee..but thing is lots of us was a bike NOW n to wait until we make 300k+ to afford a good brand bike would take a while longer. I understand what you saying because after spending on these little bikes it's gonna cost as much as a good brand bike does

Good thing you hold down the clutch lever or else maybe the engine head would have burst open when that crankshaft jam
I'm telling you damage could have been way worse
How much for a brand new engine?
It depends on the cc and brand everyone sells at different prices, you gotta contact the respective bike shops.

What cause valves to fly?
2:41
High revving and bouncing off the limiter, not letting the bike warm up properly then riding hard.
always when you rev a bike fr💀💀💀

Draining the oil is not going to get rid of all the chipping bro
I know that, but it all depends on the size chippings. Why pull your engine when the chippings can simply come out through a 'engine wash'
