  • Core Moto is a leader in the manufacture of forged wheels for sport bikes. Their goal is to produce the lightest, strongest, most stylish monolithic hub, super-light forged wheel in the world. And they’re proud to be producing them in the USA, on machines made in the USA. Specifically, their wheels are machined on a Haas UMC-750SS 5-axis universal machining center in Florida. They also have a VF-4SS to produce rotor carriers that are used to fit their wheels to different applications.
In this Haas testimonial, Luke McCracken, President of Core Moto shares the challenges of machining their forged wheels and how the Haas UMC-750SS has helped. He also mentions several features they like, including the high-speed machining and 5-axis capabilities

Which part of this is forged exactly? Looks more like a billet wheel than a forged wheel.
