    Hello carl i was woundring if u can explain the hydrulic system of metal shear . The large ones. They have syncronized cylinder .and some other system . Which help smooth work . It will b very helpful .

    we have a BEML dozer. The blade of the dozer moves down when its joystick is left after raising the bald to a height. The drift of blade is very high that the blade touches ground within 10 seconds. There is no external hydraulic oil leakage from the Blade lift cylinders. What are the reasons behind this? Internal Leakage of seal, or problem in Blade Joystick, or problem in Pilot Pump, or control valve or any other cause??

    1. What causes frequent O-ring failure and hose burst in Hydraulic System of HEMM?
    2. Sometimes if a dozer (or any HEMM) is breakdown for long time (1/2 months) due to a certain reason. Now when the problem is rectified and the machine is ready to operate. Within few hours of operation any of the pump (hydraulic/steering/transmission/pilot pump) would fail due to its seal failure?

    A gas booster is what you would use to charge an accumulator above your bottle pressure. Often driven by shop air. They do work in a very similar way to the intensifier other than the drive gas doesn't become the boosted gas.

    Sir I need your help we are not achieving required pressure at minimum pump flow when we increase the pump flow then we are getting the required pressure. Due to this we have replaced the proportional relief valve also but still no more improvement observed pl share your email I’d I want to share you extrusion press drawing

    G'Day,,this is very good,,how ever you do rather cover it very quickly,,
    Example,was watching one of your films on pressure valve and how they work,,spot on,
    How ever you did leave an impression that No 6 spool(tandum) would handle the same flow as pump out put,,as you Know this is totally incorrect,,(well not totally But read on.)
    hydaulic are not hard,,really Not..But you do have to think about it all,,
    Example quoted,NG6 valve will handle 80Lpm..this is true..How ever of you run a type 6 spool(tandum)the flow rate through the spool is now done to 20Lpm,,
    You would really be suprise by designers that DON'T READ THE FINE PRINT,,
    ME Thinks a diccusion on reading Manuals for be far better,,and picture in manual should be studied and under stood,,,
    Example 2,Ashlow ,air oil lubricator,the bloke running the mill for 10year, once a week would change every injector and "O" ring on the circuit,,Keeped getting air in the oil line and pump would time out from not making pressure,,Bleed Oil line every hour or as needed when failed,So Finally i go to mill to use testor as we have the same air/oil set up,,
    when one of the guys demonstriaghting tester asked,,how long do your injectors last,,
    When i said we get fuck all failures,,he couldn't belive it..he tell me of his drammers.
    2 mins at the system and a lengh of same size suction tube,elbow and fixed,,
    do you know how the air was getting in to the oil line yet??
    if you said the relief of pump was shooting straight in to suction line you would be right,
    pump sucking air rated oil,settles out and form very compressable pockets which times pump out,,
