i am mohamed from egypt i want say to that i am very appreciate to you ------------- your session is very great valuable please don't deprive use from more sessions --------------- many thanks
The valve being shown at 1:21 how is the compensating valve blocking the pressure from getting to the spool meant to be normally open? Because thats the only way i can see it making sense. Also i heard mention of load holding check valves to keep load off the pump when starting the engine how does that work?
Hi Carl and Mark, thank you for your incredible knowledge and your very effective communication skills in teaching hydraulics. I do have a question. What would be the criteria, from a design standpoint or otherwise, where one would place the load-sensing valve before the DCV instead of after? I understand that there is more accurate flow regulation with the pre-compensation, but I do not know how practically significant that is, in relation to the end-result (i.e. to restrict flow to the other functions in multiple sections)
I have problem on my hidrolik system the pressure on my hidrolik system before missing pressure is 13 Mpa and after missing pressure is 0.4 Mpa could the pressure relief valve may be broken ?
I am Brazilian and it is with great pleasure that I signed an annual standard plan on the website. Your material is the best I've ever seen in my life. Being a subscriber is the least I can do to thank you for so much knowledge I'm acquiring.
Great content as always love your stuff. Can I make observation. Having 2 instructors teaching ast the same time is always a bad idea. Alot of information gets left out. Teaching styles are always different and it doesn't work and makes the 2 people look uncomfortable. And if someone leaves a key piece out the other guy never wants to step on the guys toes so the info gets missed or quickly brought up. Not trying to dump on you guys or anything. But just giving the viewers perspective. Thanks again. Love the channel
Dear sir Please provide some information regarding hydraulic shovels since they use high pressure (350bar) and pilot pressure 50 bar and its very complicated system
good morning, i have a hydraulic system that starts with normal pressure but drops after about 20 minutes operation and runs the tank hot irrespective of the cooling system.
Cleared my many more doubts regarding Load sensing in the Hydraulics system. Thank you so much for the session.

Thankx lunch box session. You help me lot to the problem I've encounter in Hydraulic system.

How can I adjust a margin pressure.

How does a closed center load sensing directional control valve hold its load in neutral, while also allowing the load sense to drain down?
Load sense signal from the load is blocked by the valve itself and is then directed to tank inside of the valve
37:24 the very slow motion animations works pretty good. Sometimes animations in Lunchbox Sessions works a little bit fast

Sounds like a failing pump
Thanks a lot for this session!
Greetings from Reno, Nevada.
