Sir, this k sibal is well known alleged anti national? Most of his clients are goons, like Azam khan, muktar ansari, atiq khan, etc and other clients are pak agents? 😅 he is mp from a notorious alleged Goonda party!? 😅 his all argument in SC are anti national anti india?! 😮he is dangerous to society!? He has allegedly committed contempt of SC also but escaped jail!? If court gives judgement in his favour, court is independent but if he loses his case, by his irrelevant argument, Court are sour to him. This is his attitude!?? Very fakery?

Veey great judges with sibbal sahab on the most important issue of differnce of opinions of judges in passing a public issue but solution is only the constitution, s mandate even vide mandate of article 375 of the constitution ,, basically if supreme court judges will deviate from mandate of preamble and mandate of article 21 ,, 14,, 19 ,,, and press into judgement their own views ,, there would be anamolies ,, it is not that a person with experience of years as judge is fit to become a judge of a superior court ,, having taken oath in the name of constitution does not change the orginal charector

Credit goes to Sibal advocate to raise issues concerning justice in courts. Why judges wants to leave it to executives or government which would scuttle down to courts to follow in their dictates. It is high time to improve judiciary and its administration so that people start believing in courts rather than netas
