    Time restricted eating, is definitely the way to go to lose weight, and for a much healthier body and lifestyle. Some people call it fasting others call it time restricted eating, where we eat within a certain window, and outside of that window we do not eat anything at all, Coffee, tea, but no milk et cetera just water, black tea, black coffee or green tea which is better.
    If you can eat within an eight hour window, that’s fantastic if you can reduce that to 4 hours, which I have done, that’s even better.
    If you can go for 24+ hours every now and again, without eating, but drinking of course, clean drinking, no sugar or milk et cetera or sweeteners or anything like that at all, then you can trigger autophagy, which is our bodies way of eating up its dead cells , look this word up, it’s fascinating.
    Also, time restricted eating, fasting, is exceptionally good for the stomach biome as well.
    Cut out all, and I mean all processed food, including bread, pasta, anything with flour etc.. Ever since the advent of the steel rollers, when we started to put food, grain et cetera through metal rollers and grind them to a fine powder, we have totally messed up way of eating and diet.
    At the end of the day, our physiology and biology, is that of an animal, and any animal doesn’t wake up to a refrigerator full of food or a larder stacked with unhealthy processed food. We are hunting gatherers and we had to go hunting for our food, basically plants, nuts, seeds, roots … basically a plant based diet.
    Look up these; Time Restricted Eating, Fasting, Autophagy, if you suffer with blood sugar problems, your blood sugar will come down I can assure you, if you suffer from high blood pressure, this will also come down, but please do not take my word for it, look these things up yourself on trusted websites where much research has gone into this over the last few years, especially autophagy, where someone won the Nobel peace prize for work done on this topic.
