The more I look at Ellie, I am convinced that she has some corgi blood in her. Her head and large ears, seem to fit, and, of course she is a herder. The corgi is one of the oldest breeds, and, were raised and bred to herd livestock in Wales. I have seen them herd big Holstein cows and they can do the job, their short legs keep the out of the range when a cow kicks, just like a blue heeler they will also try to herd their humans if given the chance, more than once i have felt a nip on my heels if I do not walk fast enough. I hate to say it, but, Ellie is one of my favorite things about your channel.

The historic society museum films the parade and I watch it. This year, there was a HUGE John Deere tractor, ran on tank treads! I was breathless for a couple of blinks...what is he farming that he needs such a beast! Also, 2 humungous tow trucks, likely could haul missile parts, or wind turbine components!---Happy to see the cutting. I'll be back mid-week.

Save you time of hooking up and unhooking. I have seen them with like a garage spring attached to the tongue of the trailer to keep it off the ground. Just an idea to save you time when the rain is coming.

We try never to wait, just go a head and cut it. Brother says a little rain don't hurt it. lol We cut with rain water standing. Right now we would like to have plenty of rain. They don't temper those rake tines right. Old rake tines never broke they were like a fine made sword. Burnt a baler up a couple weeks ago. Brother had a new one the next day and we have been baling and cutting full time since. I like that bale mechanism on your baler. Of course I really don't need it. Gotta start hauling to customers in the morning bright and early. I should use the pig tail probably but brother says his way is better. lol He's the boss guess Ill do what he wants.
