It'll probably have to stay underground just like P+ and HDR brackets. Although it seems to me like a lot of the community just isn't interested in the game, I didn't see anyone even playing friendlies even though there were some HDR setups on Sunday. I guess it'll always been a fun time for casuals, which is fine I suppose.
They said Kurabba is one of the only players to have a winning set record with 5 sets played vs boom, but I think moyashi is up 3-0 lifetime vs boom, so no matter what happened if they were to play 2 more times he would also have that. Lots of monsters in Japan.
Does anyone have the deep lore on why Sprecher was a sponsor for Supernova? It's cool that they were, but I did not expect a WI local brand to appear like that at an event on the east coast, for Smash no less.
