With regard to the issue discussed in the lecture, if an order of release on probation is made under section 360, an appeal lies as per the provision of section 374
With regard to the issue discussed in the lecture, second criminal appeal is maintainable if the sessions court passes an appellate order of acquittal, as per section 378(1)(b)
Awesome lecture. Can i have a case law on what Sir ramkumar is mentioning at 18:43 in the video. "If the conviction is in an appeal and the trial was held by the magistrate, then the accused can prefer appeal in the high court" Any citations would be appreaciated.

KPIDFE Act similar Act in Karnataka And this Act protects the depositors' money invested in the financial establishment. And in Karnataka in IMA scam cases the government have started disbursing money proportionately to the depositors by confiscating properties of the financial establishment.
Sir I respectfully submitted what is remedies available to victim against accused if he released on probation. If a court deliberately released on probation in serious office what remedies.
In such case, you can approach the High Court to revise the lower court 's finding by filing revision petition and ask for enhancement of punishment in case you are a de-facto complaint. Otherwise you should urge Public Prosecutors to go for state appeal.
