Is ominibus marking of 164and161 statement possible or not .Is there any supreme court rulings to support this statement?
In a 506/509 IPC case, statement of the alleged victims were recorded u/s 164 CrPC but statement u/s 161 CrPC is not with FIR, in court records. (1) Is this allowed to record statement u/s 164 CrPC without 1st recording statement u/s 161 CrPC? (2) Any benefit to defense?

If a major (18+ years) girl under 164 crpc states in front of the magistrate that she got married to a person according to her own wish. Is this a confession or a statement?
