With due respect to Mr.Perumal ,I am sorry to say his lecture has made no mention about legal drafting... simply beating about the bush for the sake of saying something is not warranted at this point of time... seems to be a pompous lawyer who narrated everything about his credentials which seems to be rather rhetoric... the subject was regarding the art of drafting but unfortunately he was elaborating something which is extraneous to the subject...

I was compulsory retired while 7 years service was left. The reason being that Govt. promoted my junior as engineer in chief HOD of Irrigation dept. Haryana. I have still 3 years service left. My case is not of deadwood or FR 56J and my entire service record has not been seen. No allegation of corruption or moral turpitude and all previous ACRs are very good with integrity never found doubtful. IO and DA has not given reasoned and speaking orders and no charge wise findings given. Case is pending in Hon'ble high court for arguments. Now the dept. is arguing that as per Boloram Bordoloi vs Lakhimi Gaolia Bank decided on 8 February, 2021 AIR 2021 SUPREME COURT 872, AIRONLINE 2021 SC 45, no reasons and speaking orders are required to be passed for compulsory retirement. I am a victim of medical negligence in administering dopamine during surgery to my husband. Because the whole medical system is not uniform united and doesn't treat the patient as a whole. An orthopaedic only treats bones he is not concerned if the patient has hyper thyroid or cardiac problem. He does the surgery and the dependent signs an agreement that neither the doctor nor the hospital is responsible in case of death during surgery

The term negligence is a twister

it is the result of criminal negligence which makes a difference between negligence by doctors and other professionals . if an electrician commits a small mistake resulting in an a ceiling fan getting damaged , it is just loss of money . but if his negligence causes a major accident resulting in loss of life , prudent man wiĺl view it as criminal negligence

Can 'dopamine' be administered to a patient before conducting surgical operation instead of administering anesthesia?

can new evidence be relied upon in the disagreement note by the disciplinary authority after completion of inquiry proceedings which was not adduced during io/po stage? the new evidence was never part and parcel of the charge sheet. you are requested to provide your valuable opinion citing rule and the supreme court order that whether the disciplinary authority can use new evidence after conclusion of io’s report.
