Sure, it takes a bit to get the hang of it-I picked it up in a week by tuning into their super engaging university videos. Plus, they've just rolled out some cool new features like 3D Spline integration, variables, custom CSS properties, and a fresh UI, all just yesterday! It's also a champ for SEO and loading speed. Imagine the ease of Photoshop but with Webflow, the coding magic happens in the background. I've whipped up quick projects with Framer too, but if you're looking at the long game, coding's where it's at for future-proofing your work and webflow has also taught me so much about how the web truly works.
So real, this video, i start using webflow becore framer announced. I hate webflow so much because it just cant go as the way i wish, and make me give up on learning, after framer announced, freedom of design 🥴🥴🥴 im orgasm
I recently made my first website in Framer, having exclusively used Webflow for the past few years. The only thing that I preferred with Framer was the Figma-like design process of the website. Other than that, I needed help finding much else Framer does better than Webflow. Interactions were more complex and, in some cases, impossible to create compared to Webflow's ability to easily create intricate motion design and interaction.
i think for the interactions, it's just a totally different mental model from webflow. personally, i like it more! but yes, framer is still in its (very) early days compared to webflow. however, i really think they'll be catching up pretty quickly this coming year!
The thing is that framer dont have much features like webflow, cuz they are young few years than webflow, one specific is the margin, heading and text dragging. But still Framer still 500x better

I also feel like once you lear Webflow it feels very intuitive it just takes longer to learn. I also feel like I can recognize a Framer site quite easily since most people keep the standard round look all the insertable sections have.
Just checked out your website and your work. All of your client work is basic in terms of layout and how they look even Wordpress would work in those scenarios, so i'm curious to know what sort of complex solutions are you building to begin with?
i think it all depends on your level of understanding for the tool; you can pretty much create anything you want with framer if you apply some custom code and use integrations. but then again, and i've said it before, for now webflow definitely is more powerful in terms of functionality!
With the new up date of Webflow that they just launched. it has become very clear that Webflow is a much more advance tool. the possibility are now endless in term of CSS and web development. Right now it is like comparing Photoshop and Canvas. Of course the learning curve is not the same . You need to have a some more knowledge in css when you want to learn Webflow, but it has step up a big time what you can do with nocode. I would be happy challenge you in a a friendly manner ( Not to compete, but to see the differences between the tools and to understand what is the purpose of each tools.) NOTE: The challenge can incorporate 3D animation, any kind of animation you can do using variable and very advance CSS properties. everything using NoCode Let me know if you want to do that

with framer can you turn it into a complete website once you've designed it? I know this is not possible with figma. With the latter I'm guessing you have to send your files to a developer for them to model their website off your design.

Tried many builders, but Kraft Builder's pro features really stand out. Worth a look, especially if you're seeking more control.
