Just one thing to point out, there are Design Professions, like UX Design or Industrial Design where you need a more complex way to interact with the website to fully showcase your work. So it isn`t just to make it look more professional, it is also important to make more tangible.

Sophie - this was a fantastic video. I watched it to find a builder to work with my new web client. We settled on WIX. Hey that have a web manager app on iOS, so why not. Right?
One of the things you need to catch up on is there are more and more designers who use iPad Pro for all of their design needs. Many designers have ditched their desktops and laptops because there are so many advanced design options for us on iOS. Designing on iPad Pro so nice.
I critical criteria that got missed in your video was if any of these platforms allowed for designing from iPad. Not if they have an app or not, but even using their services on their website from iPad Pro. WIX is HORRIBLE in both NOT having a proper iOS editor and that the web based editor for some strange reason cant function correctly on iPad through Chrome nor Safari. This is a shame that we live in 2024 and WIX has yet to catch up to the future. Really wished reviewers like yourself would listed this as a huge “CON” against WIX.
Anyhow, could you please do an updated video listing which Website Builders are seamlessly compatible for designers who use the awesome power of iPad Pro M2? Thank you.

Hii Sophie, how did you charge for a website when you built it with a website builder, like wix? I am very curious because I wanna give this service but need to find the ideal pricing☺️

unfortunately i built them with at full-time/part-time jobs so i didn't charge the clients individually! but id recommend charging by project

Personally...I cant stand Squarespace. The fact that I have to use code for the simplest of things like custom fonts or use of additional colours (since they limit us to like, 5) the responsiveness is terrible as well, the moment you change the size of anything - it switches everything up, I cannot be bothered. I use Webflow instead. Bigger learning curve but much better pay off.
