Electric nderfloor heating is the best thing I did in my home!! It gives out so much heat and frees up extra space as radiators on walls are not needed 🙂

I'm enjoying watching your house tours. As a South African it's interesting to see how other people live in other countries. I don't understand why you have so many doors. It makes the entryway claustrophobic. Also the main bathroom should have a double sink and private toilet. Otherwise you can't brush your teeth whilst your spouse is taking a dump 😅. The closets are too small. Considering your cold weather months I'd assume you'd need more closet space to fit all the jackets and boots. But then again I'm African so I'm scared of the cold. Anyway, I'm loving your energy. You're entertaining 💖
Huge yes to underfloor heating! If you have ever had it you know the feeling you get on a cold morning when you step into the bathroom and feel the heat under your feet. An absolute must here in Norway no matter what time of year,but especially during winter.
I live in the United States and I am always in awe of the homes built in the UK. 🙂

I used to watch Matt & Summer - but now they just do ‘talk over’s’ as they are no longer living in the UK - so you just have them super imposed at each end of the video - am sorry to say the reviews are rubbish compared to how they used to be and you two are much more natural (as they used to be). I have unsubscribed from their site - lots of people complaining how they don’t like the new “lazy way” of house viewings - but they haven’t changed it - you two are better

The conservatory definitely makes the house. Also good to see inside the garage - the first house I’ve seen so far with a decent sized room for a model railway! 😘
The garbage disposal is common in the US, however plumbers don't like them due to what people try to put in them. They plug easily IF you put in more food than what is left after you do the dishes. That means NO pasta, stew, potatoes and even egg shells!
If you like this surprise you should get yourself to Royston Redrow development - their Harrogate show home has a conservatory on the back and it’s INCREDIBLE! we’re putting our names down to buy it as soon as it’s released for sale!

We brought our 1st house in July last year (new build) we have underfloor heating throughout our house the water underfloor heating and absolutely love it, it was included with our house with no extra cost. I love watching your house tours.

We've been living in our new home for a year now and the former owners added a conservatory. We call it a sunroom here in Canada. I have to agree. It is such a wonderful addition. We put radiant heaters into the sunroom, so we can use it when it's cooler outdoors. We used it at Christmas. We don't use it when it's sub zero, because the hydro bill did go up by about ten dollars, but it was worth it for Christmas.

if I was ever going to need a new build house it would be a Redrow. Quality and attention to detail! Yes to underfloor heating. Love the ensuite to every bedroom, nice not to have to meet your guests on the landing... Still no bidets though. I do love the bay windows. Nothing nicer for an all round view of Maureen's goings on. I hate the leaded effect though. You're very keen on lots of large sofas. I have one sofa, two armchairs (my recliner and a spare for Gustav my Lowland gorilla) and my guitar stool. More than enough for me, the cat and a guest or two.
forgot to mention the conserve a tory! Absolutely fantastic.

The Oxford lifestyle is my favourite! It has it all. Not really a fan of conservatories, hot in summer, freezing in winter, although this looked fabulous. You never see bungalows on these sights
Redrow do build some bungalows but we have never seen one presented as a show home. To be honest we would love to show a tour of an empty one!

Love the windows. Nice front and interior doors. Jetsons 😆🤖 All the houses you review are very similar, but you do a good job explaining the layout and the decor in new and interesting ways.
