So good to see a new house design which isn’t an ersatz 1920s/30s fake crunched up one against another but in clashing styles. This one has the potential to have a delightful patio/courtyard garden between the two wings of the L, in effect broadening out the living space to a full square.
As much as I ♡ Redrow, this Kingswood Home is a *serious* contender and congrats to the architect / design team for such a refreshing and practical home.
This is a spectacular house. I think the option of being able to customise the layout is amazing - more developers need to consider this. As someone who recently bought a new build, it would be amazing to choose a layout that we preferred in one house type instead of having to look at multiple house styles/plots that may be completed at different times!
So nice to see a house with so many options available - would love the lounge to be separate & closed off to the kitchen diner. Great to have so many nice things as “standard” too
Think I’d have gone for the lounge / kitchen as my fave room as I’m becoming a big fan of open living layouts. As a Farmhouse i was expecting to see Elliot excitedly waving a whip around at some point but guess we’ll have to keep waiting..😅
That is a nice development. The only thing I hate about all new builds is the small bathrooms. I have a tiny terrace and my bathroom is huge. It’s quite disappointing to see only a small bath and not a roll top and separate shower in all these family bathrooms.
As you don’t have children, it probably never occurred to you, but as a mum, I would always use the tiny cupboard above the oven as a first aid or medical cupboard. That keeps any dangerous medicines/tablets out of the reach of tiny fingers. This house is gorgeous. ❤️
It presents as “barn like”, but the inside is very conventional. It’s great for people who like to be able to close off rooms. Looks like a well planned development.
This is a beautiful home. I love that y things are standard and the floor plans are flexible to fit different buyers. ❤️ My favourite room is the kitchen/diner/living open space.
Was there a man walking out the master bedroom or was I seeing things? Beautiful home I’m finding it hard to pick between this one and Redrow Oxford lifestyle as my favourite 🥰

Nice large house personally would have doors into sitting room option. Love the principal bedroom and the office set up. Was there a garage? I don't know if it's me or you've shown so many huge kitchens but it did seem a little short of units next to Redrow and your own country pile.
