Thanks buddy, yeah long time waiting to get the new computer and trying to persevere with the old one. This was the last video edited on the old broken computer. Already filmed the next one to be uploaded in the next few weeks.
However, there'd never be a carpeted main hall/foyer, and there wouldn't be a door between it and the living room. In fact, carpet in general is out of style for high end housing in the USA. Hardwood floors are preferred. Also, there likely wouldn't be a formal living room at all in USA new builds. The two living spaces would be combined into one giant open plan room. The other option would be to make the back living room larger and the front one smaller to be used for an office or some other use other than a formal reception type space. All in all though, I can see where the American home is influencing the direction of many UK new builds.
@@jpack85 oh for sure, never been a fan of a carpeted hallway. Open plans are starting to come into the UK, definitely inspired / taken from the USA. For the better in some cases .
@@DevoVlogs there also a few new ones the Canterbury and up north they built a few years back the mallard not sure if they built any more of these. Also love your videos can’t wait to see the next ones.
Oooh ok nice. Definitely take a look, we’re going to try and find a mason showhome which is the updated version of the house we bought. That should be interesting 😆 also that’s very kind thank you so much, glad you enjoy them.
Hey Lloyd nice to hear from you. There is a few things going on at the moment. Edited and rendered the next video to go live this weekend on the garden. Then a house tour of the Bellway mason which has replaced the Weston we bought so that will be interesting to see the difference 👍👍
UK builders please always separate the toilet in a small room with a window just besides the bath suite. Privacy is very paramount when your doing your thing otherwise the house is fabulous.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment 😁 which lady are you talking about, if you mean my wife. Sorry you found her childish and you’re entitled to your own opinion. However, literally on your own there, I feel you’ve been very harsh. I’m struggling to understand which part was childish. There is nothing wrong with how she was. I’ve rewatched the video and again can’t see anything annoying or childish 👍😄 Having a good look defeats the purpose of seeing it for the first time whilst filming. We don’t know what upgrades are in the show homes before we start and don’t have enough time to go and find out first. (Being a very small channel) Having said all that. Appreciate your feedback and the point you’re trying to make. 😁
Welcome back!

Yay! This home is beautiful xx
Yeah it’s not too bad eh 😂😂
Beautiful home!
Aye not bad eh. Can’t help feeling though if you’ve got that funding to afford a house of this value, you could build a better one for similar price.
@@DevoVlogs I particularly like the boys room with the desk in front of the window. Would definitely have a gaming station set up!

Just a heads up it will have to be next weekend now. The software for the thumbnail has been removed so have to find a new one.

Haha yeah you’re not wrong to be fair. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment 👍👍
Can tell you don’t have children finding it strange to have shallow storage cupboards
You’re not wrong there 😁😁 I guess that’s normal for children then.
I think they’d come in handy with the amount of coats / shoes
@Itanit878 haha yeah good point 😁
The lady’s behaviour is annoyingly childish and she should really have good look into the property before you guys start filming just feedback xx
