@@epmanualphysicaltherapy Thank you for your reply. I have been following you and your advice for many months and will continue. It is taking a long time to recover as I am careful not to do anything that will cause further injury. I have turned many corners in the right direction. Now I am able to walk smoothly, but still find it hard to remember to walk with my toes pointed out while squeezing the glutes. I do have pain walking down hill, I take as long as need to do so and getting better at it. Many thanks to you for bringing mobility back into my life.❤
Thank you so much for these exercises. I'm feeling these mainly in the front part of my feet - the part I raise up onto near the toes. Does that mean I need to address foot strength first before calf strength?
I can do these on my right foot but can’t quite bend my left toes. I have pins in my 1st 2 metatarsals. I’ve been practicing everyday and getting better. Broke my ankle year ago went to pt but still stiff with a small limp. Do you have videos on recovery from ankle surgery? I love your informative videos. They are very helpful ❤
Hi Tween, We are so sorry to hear that you've been struggling with bending your toes on your left foot and the break in your ankle a year ago that is creating stiffness and a small limp. We currently do not have a video on ankle recovery after surgery, however, we will forward your comment to Dr. David so that he can consider it for future content. Great info. Dr David. I have problem with my left calf muscle. Develops pain when I try to stretch my pace during my daily walks. I am 69 yrs old. Can I try these exercises ?
Hey thank you Raghavan Kodoth! Be careful when stretching out your steps during walking. That might be tensioning the nerves in your calf muscle and causing your pain when walking. It would be better to take shorter steps. These exercises might help with the knee pain. But you might look at this video about sciatica to see about getting more relief. Hey Ivan, you are so welcome! Thank you for the support!
I like the length of your videos. I don't miss a word. It's too important.
Hi Elainroles, Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so sorry to see that you're dealing with knee pain. Just in case you are interested we have a playlist for knee pain help. You can access it here:
“Knee Pain Exercises, Stretches, Advice, & Tips Playlist”
th-cam.com/play/PLJVIPiFvv1mY02hvFckRQO55HfAqDtWrM.html
Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not.
We wish you all the best on your road to recovery. 🧡 We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
Many thanks to you for bringing mobility back into my life.❤
Great, thanks Dr your exercises have helped me alot.

Thank you so much for these exercises. I'm feeling these mainly in the front part of my feet - the part I raise up onto near the toes. Does that mean I need to address foot strength first before calf strength?
Hi, i'm watching your videos from germany, and i'd like to know if you have also a video on jumper's knee / Patellar tendonitis. Thank you!
Monika
Hello, can you please make a video for knock knee exercises. Much appreciated
Hey Elsie Salas! I'll add this topic to the request list for Dr. David! Thank you.
Hi Doc, could you do some exercises for bow legs, and knee pain as a consequence of bow legs, please?
We appreciate your kind words and we are thrilled to hear that they have been beneficial to you. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care! 🧡

Hello. Please comment on the knee position when doing heel lift with toes curled. Would the knee be flexed or locked??
Thankyou very helpful👍

Dr David thank u go
Great info.
