You guys should do a video of lighting with darker skin tones. There’s only 2 videos on TH-cam for this! I’ve tried all your tips in all your videos and while they are so amazing and I’ve learned A LOT, it falls short for someone like myself. I either get a glare on my face or it’s just too dark. Please help! 😅😅

Awesome video. I'm in a similar position; I have a narrow studio, and big, bulky light setups are impossible. Key and fill lighting is fairly straightforward, but I must get creative with the hair light.
I've always thought Tube lights were too harsh for room lighting but love the way you've used them. Particularly as key light.

Fantastic video. After I already saw your previous video on how to light up your environment I noticed a tremendous improvement on my videos, also I started to use my new sony A7III. But I have 1 important QUESTION: Should I continue to use the S-Log and correct it to REC709 and then colour grading the footage? Or for these kind of videos is ok to use a normal profile and go straight to colour grade? I am going mental about this, and hope you can answer this question.
Think Media editor here! Nolan and Omar shoot with the natural picture profile during their shoots. On my end, I often make adjustments to colors and exposure during the post-production stage. I do find enjoyment in working with Slog on occasions, although it's important to note that there isn't a strict right or wrong approach here. The key aspect is to ensure that your camera is properly exposed so you can seamlessly color grading to your footage.
