I've been a semi-avid exerciser for 70 years...semi, because I start and quit, start and quit. I'm trying not to quit anymore as I'm nearing 80 years old. This is a good thing to do for those of us who sit too long.
Thank you, Andi, for your videos. Your Silver Sneakers workouts are so cheerful and energetic. You are very encouraging and motivating for us seniors. I am looking for all of your videos; your green walls and brick fireplace make them easy to spot.
I haven't been moving at all since the quarantine. This feels good as a beginning step to moving more. I would like to see more like this.
