I have not been able to exercise for 2 days and I really missed it. This was a great way to gently get back to exercising, really loved it.

Great workout
Good workout, nice variety of moves, including balance. However, I am concerned about seniors rounding forward. A lot of us have osteoporosis and should hinge from the hips, not round the spine.
