And THAT is one of the BIGGEST advantages of the Sig P365 (and P320)! Want a different grip (longer or fatter), grab one! Want a longer barrel... do the same. Since the FCU is the serialized part, you can change almost every aspect of this platform!
A totally, bluntly honest video; you have my respect! Your points are right on and your conclusions understandable.😎 I have pocket carried exclusively for over 20 years, with Kel-Tec 9mms and snubbie revolvers. While very inexpensive, they served well; when I bought my P365 like yours a few weeks ago, though, I was blown away by the feel and the handling! It's pretty much my favorite pistol! Because of the compactness factor, I carry with the flat floorplate on the 10rd mag (I can get a complete grip on it) with a 17rd for backup. It's fun when two fairly separate opinions can both be right. Happy New Year!!
You got a great deal! I've had mine for a couple of years now and as far as concealibility is concerned, it's perfect. Shoots well, and with 10, 12 and 15 round mags, I'm confident that it'll suit any defensive need should, God forbid, it ever became necessary.
Thank you! My feelings on this gun have changed and it’s my edc. My opinions were coming from mostly handling and shooting 1911’s. The p365’s shoot ability and trigger can not compare to a heavy 1911. That being said it’s just so damn convenient and fun to carry, so it’s what I rock now haha. New video coming soon on the p365!
I use a Kusiak signature minimalist IWB leather holster. Its canted and tuckable. Thin but treated and form fitted. No bulk stand alone retention. Its a tight fit. Reholstering is no problem. It does not collapse. I can use my neoprene Bugbite calf holster also with larger legged pants. My 365 is the same as yours with a manual safety. Over 600 rounds of all kinds of ammo and still flawless. The pistol is very accurate if I do my part. I shoot it well and nothing beats it in size and capacity. Yes there are other pistols I have that I like and shoot better including my revolver. If you did not like the pistol then you should not have gotten it despite the super great deal you got on it.
These are nice but in the summer time it will rust on ya. I would say in summer time you will want to really clean it up a little every other day. To keep rust down.
love the pistol, however a recent bad experience really disappointed me. used as a edc and the rose/gold coated areas all show corrosion and sig sauer will not cover it under warranty! very disappointing
haha i know right! Nah but seriously, I have guns under 1k that have a better feel in hand. I recently upgraded to the wilson combat grip module and the pistol is definitely growing on me. The convenience factor is great.
i mean if your reference is 1911, then any true carry gun is not going to compare well......they are all plasitc, they are mostly hard to load fully, they are all top heavy due to almost weightless lower... the grips arent great becuase they are designed to be small, not shoot like a 1911...
No way I’d ever buy a SIG striker fired gun like the P365 used. Pay a couple hundred more and buy recently produced NIB. Way too many SIG striker fired used problem guns out there. In addition, by buying NIB recently produced you get the latest parts revisions.
It's a nice little gun and very easy to conceal. I'm sure it will hold up just fine, but I Glock 43X MOS feels so much better quality wise...like a well oiled machine
Looks like you need a Wilson Combat Grip Module!
think you might be right...
Would be happy to review one.

Yes, my opinions have changed on this gun and it’s my go to for carry lol. Will have a 1 year updated review.
@@ExplorersWorkbench I just subbed and look forward to it!

I thought so too. Ya, it’s growing on me.
While I disagree with you on most points, I applaud you for giving an honest opinion of your view of the firearm. Very refreshing.

I like It for what it is. The Wilson combat grip module is a huge improvement and it’s convenience is growing on me.
I bought one from an Asian kid at work..he pimped it out with a gold flat trigger and gold barrel..i really like the trigger pull
Hahah

Great point!
I carry my original 365 with the 12 round mag. 15 round mag for backup mag.
Sounds solid!

I didn’t know they made a rose gold version. Sorry to hear that

Guy you spent almost $4k on a EDC. Of course you're going to feel let down. You crack me up!!!!!

Note to self. Plastic stuff feels plasticy. Just busting balls. Upgrade the grip module.
Sure did

very true
XL with 17rd mags best carry set up ever.
Gotta give it a try
350 is a steal.. congrats
Ya I thought so!
Why my p365 don’t have a safety?
They make it with or without
Id recommend the Kimber micro 380
Ya 1911 platform is my favorite, this little sig has grown on.
Love it

@@ExplorersWorkbench The slide is stainless steel with an extremely tough nitride finish. Some people can't resist being snarky.
