    Is this similar for a Hyundai Elantra 2017?

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, from my experience they're pretty similar. If you happen to record yourself replacing it, let us know! We'd love to share it with our customers who are looking for an easy to follow video

    Is it required to remove the bumper and headlight before removing the fender?

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You don’t have to completely remove the bumper just the side. Headlight yes but very easy.

    Is this somewhat the same for a 2021 version?

    Awesome, thanks a lot. Are you planning on recording how to remove the alternator on this same vehicle?

      Hello Sebastian. Unfortunately not, we only work on the body and not on any mechanical issues. Good luck and thanks for watching!

      @@ReveMoto thank you. How about a video on how to remove the dashboard to get to replace the multimedia screen on this Hyundai Sonata year model? Thanks again.

      Aw sorry, we returned this Hyundai Sonata to the customer since we actually recorded this a couple of months ago. But we'll definitely keep that in mind if we get another one into the shop! What all are you trying to do to your Sonata?

    I just got the job done. Thanks for the videos! The only issue is the tabs on the chrome piece are really tiny and break easily. Fortunately I got another one with the salvage fender I bought, but it has one broken tab. I think I'll try hot glue.

      Thank you for sharing! Usually, one tab shouldn't affect the chrome piece too much. You can also you 3M double-sided stick tape. That stuff is really strong and would work very well. Please subscribe, it helps us a ton, take care! 😀✌

      Thanks Even though I don't expect to need to use your videos anytime soon, I subscribed as a way to say thank you.

    It looks like the smaller clips as you go towards the back will have to be reattached to the side skirt and then pushed into the sheet metal. This means you'll have t take the whole side skirt off to be able to put the clips back in and reattach it. I'm not sure if you can get to the lower fender bolts by just unclipping those first two clips on the side skirt. I guess I'll find out later today.

      Hello and great assessment. Please let us know how it turns out for you. I can't recall how we go the side skirts back on. we either hammer fisted the side skirt back on or removed the clips and re-inserted them. Take care and please subscribe, it helps us make more videos!

    Speakin of that chrome piece, Ive had 2 just Fly off while driving. Is there any way I can glue it in or stick it in more securely?

    • @ReveMoto
      @ReveMoto  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! They are secured by tabs. Assuming you dont want to get a new one or replace the tabs, you can always use double-sided 3M tap. Not sure how that would work with the spacing since the tape is a bit thick. But, the tape is extremely strong. Good luck and please subscribe, it helps us a lot!

      Hello and surprisingly, no. The clips seemed to be just fine.

      @@ReveMoto thanks man I found you can reach the 2 clips for the fender if you reach in from the top, but still took a ton of prying to get to the 2 bolts. Terrible design
