This band is just off the charts on so many levels... such a refreshing, exciting & invigorating blend of sizzling, gospely jazz-rock-soul-funk gumbo! Can not WAIT to catch them live -- but in the meantime, THANK YOU for hosting them & posting this!!!!
This is not just my favorite local group, they are one of my favorite groups period. I'd love to see them on a bill with Orlando's Raspberry Pie. So happy to see these young bands along with the Colemine Records crew putting out REAL rhythm and blues these days. I wish nothing but the best for all of them.
The bass guitar player from Charleston. A grad of the school of the arts in charleston. Baddest bass player ever. Saw them played at the music farm in charleston sc. my son sat in for their drummer whom couldn’t make the gig. Remind me of Parliament Funkadelic. Got that old Skool sounds
Just watched these guys at Peach. They were on the 3rd stage while Ween was on the main stage. That was a completely ass backwards decision on the part of the organizers. Ween SUCKS, full stop. They belonged on the 3rd stage, and these folks belonged on the main stage. SO INCREDIBLY GOOD. I did want to hear what the backup singer girl has up her sleeve, though. She's got so much vibe. I was waiting for her "Bev Knight with Jamiroquai moment", but it didn't happen. I can't wait to see them again because they burned that fucking place down.
Yeah I mean I thought Ween was pretty good, but these guys were unbelievable. Only caught the tail end of their set, but that was enough to convince me they're the real deal.
Ween is Ween, take it or leave it lol. The Psycodelics are the real deal. Saw this group at SCamp in the Soulshine tent. It was my favorite set of the weekend. Was pumped for their set at Peach but felt compelled to be in sight of the fire in case it got worse. Very happy to see them on a lot of lineups this year, they're putting in the work, hope they get some well deserved recognition!!
